Great Price AND Communication…

I have not received my cards yet, but they are not late. The price was amazing and the communication was on point. Tyler provided me with excellent customer service through phone and email!

Tyler was extremely helpful from a customer support perspective. I had some difficulty with an order I received and Tyler jumped through hoops to get the correct answers. Not only was he able to remedy the situation, but his communication was thorough and consistent throughout the the process. This was the best and most consistent customer service I've had in a long time!

Doreen is a rockstar

This review would have been one star if not for Doreen. Not only did she take the initiative to check in with the warehouse to find out that my order had either been misplaced or out of stock while I had been waiting for two weeks for a shipping confirmation, she followed up with me in a timely manner, as she promised, and followed through with a replacement item. Doreen is the epitome of exemplary customer service and although I was turned off by Steiner Sports, I credit Doreen for saving the store’s reputation for me.

I thought that my package was already…

I thought that my package was already delivered by Dhl in another state so I immediately emailed sports memorabilia and Matthew answered me really fast and explained everything to me I now have my package because of Matthew’s help. Matthew provided excellent customer service I really appreciate that. Thanks again Matthew

A package was lost by Feddex

A package was lost by Feddex, and Tracie helped me understand how to go through the process of finding it. The package was found but even if it had not been found, I was comfortable that with Tracies help there would be a positive outcome.

Doreen was very helpful!

After placing an order online, I received an incorrect item in the mail. I emailed customer service and was assisted by the wonderful Doreen. My messages were replied to promptly. The correct item was in my hands within 2 days of Doreen’s initial response, which was especially impressive because I live in Canada. I am truly happy with my customer service experience. I would be happy to deal with Doreen again in the future.

The Business World Needs More Tyler's!

I have been a customer and fan of this experience for over 20 years and well before it became part of the Fanatics family. In those 20 years I have never had a better customer experience than I did this past week. I was ordering items to provide to charity fund-raiser. It appeared some of the items wouldn't arrive in time or it might be too close. I called customer service and spoke with Tyler. He couldn't have been more empathetic, caring and professional in solving my problems for me. He went beyond all current standards of customer service! He personally check the status of every item and then changed the shipping method to insure they arrive a week in advance and not the day of. He wasn't done yet! He wrote me a personal note to outline his actions and what I should expect and when. He apologized for any inconvenience although the inconvenience was all on his side. I have been a Chief Marketing Officer for Budweiser, SeaWorld, Bass Pro Shops and The National Hockey League. Tyler is the kind of rare talent today who was raised right, trained well and now stands well above his peers. I would recruit him away if I had a great role for him currently! Congrats to the team at Steiner for knowing how important developing engaging customer service talent is. It's not about the price but having personal connection and actual people solving problems. Customer Service at Steiner is…

Customer Service at Steiner is excellent. Tyler has so helpful with my questions relating to my order and cured an issue with my delivery. I wish all customer service groups had a Tyler....Bruce C.

Cristin to the rescue!

Cristin to the rescue!! I had ordered two baseball cards but when I received my order it was not complete. When I spoke with Christin she assured me that she would investigate and get back to me. She did exactly that and within a few short days my order was complete. Excellent customer service!!

Couldn’t be happier...

It was a pleasure working with Cristin! She was very quick to respond and on the ball throughout the process. I look forward to my next order with Steiner, and if there are any issues I know who to reach out for :)

Tyler was kind, helpful, professional and courteous

Tyler was very kind and helpful throughout the entire process of having to return my item to be fixed. He assisted me the entire time, stayed in contact with me and kept me updated, and was always professional and courteous. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Thanks Tyler!

Damaged Display Case

I had purchased a display case but hadn’t opened it because it was a gift. When the person I gave this as a gift to opened the case it was cracked. When I contacted Steiner I was told it had been over the 30 day return policy, I ordered early because I know Covid related shipments are still a factor. Once I explained my situation they were quick to bring it to managements attention. I received an email shortly from Doreen, who was very helpful and quick to respond to each email. Doreen was able to help resolve the situation by sending me a new case. It came within a few days. Thanks Doreen for making this issue stress free! Because of Doreen’s customer service I will continue to buy/ recommend Steiner Sports.

Great products and outstanding customer service!

We recently ordered a few items including baseball cases. One of the cases was the wrong one. I called and spoke to Doreen. The entire situation was resolved easily and quickly (less than 5 minutes). Great customer service matters. Doreen rocked!!!

Damaged Cases

I purchased 5 cases from Steiner Sports. Unfortunately 2 of them were damaged and another was missing a part. Tyler immediately responded to the issue and got replacements shipped out. I cannot understate how thankful I am as a customer to to receive such quick and effective support. Will not hesitate to be a customer again in the future.
