Design Team Omdömen

Connor has been very helpful at helping me grow my company over the last year. His advice and hard work always pays off 👍

I'd been looking to get a professional website built for awhile. I was recommended star websites. From the first contact the service was excellent. Jay explained the process and the pricing was transparent. I then met zoe, my website designer virtually and we devised a plan of how the website would look and feel.

The website has exceeded my expectations and sets my business apart. Zoe has been extremely helpful and has gone above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction. I 100% recommend star websites and particularly zoe to help you elevate your online business present.

I am absolutely thrilled with the outstanding services provided by Star-Websites! Their expertise in SEO has taken my online presence to new heights, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

From the moment I engaged with their team, I was impressed by their professionalism and in-depth knowledge of search engine optimization. They took the time to understand my business goals and tailored a strategy that perfectly aligned with my objectives.

What sets Star-Websites apart is their commitment to staying at the forefront of SEO trends and technologies. They employ cutting-edge techniques that have significantly boosted my website's visibility and rankings across major search engines.

Communication with the team was always prompt and informative. They kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, providing regular updates on progress and offering valuable insights on how to further enhance my online presence.

One of the standout features of Star-Websites is their dedication to transparency. They provided detailed reports that outlined the progress made, including keyword rankings, organic traffic growth, and other crucial metrics. This level of transparency instilled trust and confidence in their services.

Furthermore, the ROI I've experienced since partnering with Star-Websites has been nothing short of impressive. My website's traffic and conversions have seen a substantial increase, leading to a noticeable boost in revenue.

I wholeheartedly recommend Star-Websites to any business looking to elevate its online presence through top-notch SEO services. Their team's expertise, dedication, and results-driven approach make them a true industry leader. I can confidently say that Star-Websites has exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to a long and successful partnership with them.

Thank you, Star-Websites, for helping my business shine in the digital landscape! You've earned a customer for life.

Mark

Great company to work with , having 2 fold more enquiries, they have targeted customers to my services, attention to my needs , Maddie has been in constant communication and been excellent

Very easy explanation, always easy to get in touch with unlike most other companies I’ve been with , and reasonable prices. 👍

The team at Star-websites have been fantastic and extremely professional. They've built such a professional looking website from scratch which has helped my business grow and attract more customers

I found Stars online after setting up my own business. Despite being cautious of dealing with online companies right from the start I knew I had made the right design. They are an extremely small business friendly and explained the various options available to me including SEO and Google sponsored advertising. They immediately for a small set up fee set about increasing my profile through Social Media and helped me connect with potential customers. The team are friendly and always available to help. I am now considering expanding my campaign to include SEO as my business expands.

I cancelled our subscription with this company as we went into liquidation. I followed the procedure of canceling, paying the prescribed cancelation period however they continue taking £180 a month for months on end. They have admitted fault in writing as well as promising my refund yet nothing is forthcoming and they won't respond to emails. Besides this their service was of no value, we never received any exposure from them all they ever did was upsell. Once again another SEO and 'website' company promising the world and delivering nothing except an extremely efficient sales team and an even better collection company. Stay away! Unless you want to give money away and waste a lot of time and effort.

Zoe made us a designed website which looks great! So much better than our last one!

I have 2 websites with star. Great customer experience from start to finish. Zoe has been and continues to be very helpful. Anything I want to change no matter how small it is done that same day. I fully recommend them.

The guys at star websites are great. They polished up my website and made it look fantastic. They kept me in the loop about the whole process and helped me with all the technical bits so my website functions properly. They also helped with drumming up more business with other services that I would have been lost doing by myself. Thoroughly recommend 👌

I have been with Starwebsites for a few years now and have always found their staff to be helpful and friendly. I deal with Jay most of the time and I always feel 100% confident he has my business interest in hand.

Having used a number of web design, marketing and lead generation companies over the years I can honestly say to look no further than star websites.  They have done absolutely everything for me online, it started with Calum building my business a stunning looking website which I paid only 500 pounds for and I used this to link to my google ads account.  Since having the new site, their technical support has been fantastic, if I have new images for the gallery unlike other companies who want you to email or upload them yourself I simply WhatsApp them across to stars and they do it all!

They also manage my Google Map and search listings and I have never been so busy, I have managed to cut my google ads budget massively and no longer buy leads from other companies.  I have recommended star websites to a number of other businesses and will continue to do so.  If you are looking for a switched on, fast and responsive web company then look no further.  Thanks again for all your help in getting things moving.

I have been using star design for over a year now, there experience and knowledge is top form, they have continued to grow my presence online with a low budget and don’t pressure me into spending, I will contact them when I can spend money on adverts and Seo it has been a pleasure working with the team and look forward to many years of working with them, very good company

Not to be trusted. Spending £500 a month on SEO when they advised us to revamp our website for £1200. We did this on the proviso that it did not affect our ranking with Google. Three times we were assured it wouldn't. It took six months to finally complete our website and our enquiries virtually stopped. We requested numerous times for Starwebsites to send our monthly reports but they were never forthcoming. We finally employed a third party to do an audit and the result was shocking. We had virtually became invisible to potential customers from the day they starting work on our site. We have now moved to a different SEO company and our visibility has improved immediately. The response from Starwebsites has been shocking. They have ignored all our complaints, have still not sent the missing monthly reports and are avoiding our emails and phone calls. We are now proceeding with legal proceedings to recover our losses. Avoid this Company if you can and be very wary if they ask you to revamp your website. There certainly better SEO companies out there

I have been a loyal user of Star Website for the past 18 months. Initially, I was contacted by Conner, my website manager, while I was in the early stages of building my business and in need of a website. Conner offered a website promotion that fit my low budget and helped me get started. Since then, he has been an invaluable asset to my business, consistently enhancing my website within my budget and offering suggestions for improvement during our weekly calls. Our professional relationship has evolved into a mutually beneficial friendship, with Conner never being pushy or sales-driven.
I also want to express my gratitude towards Callum, who handles all of my website's editing and uploading. When I purchased service pages, Callum took the time to listen to my specific wants and needs, demonstrating a true dedication to his work.
I highly recommend Star Website and their team to anyone seeking a trustworthy company that is committed to helping their clients succeed. Since building a relationship with them, I have recommended them to many others.

5 star review for a 5 star service.
