Created content and payment is waayyy past due and I am getting no response from Stargazer. If you are a content creator or a brand, AVOID STARGAZER.

They do not pay their creators no matter how much you chase them up. Don’t work with them, it’s a waste of your time and efforts. Created content for them in June and it’s now almost November with no payment and are now unresponsive to emails. They’ve also blocked me on Instagram.

They do not pay their creators. There has been a few creators saying that they have been waiting to give paid (myself included) since April, it is now October. It will almost be a month since I received an email response from them. I have followed up 3 times already in the last month. They take advantage of smaller creators and I will never be working with this company again

Do not work with them.

I posted a campaign for Poshmark back in early February and still have not been paid. Despite months of emailing their finance department, the only response I’ve received is that they’re “working on it.”

This is extremely unprofessional and a huge red flag for anyone considering a partnership. Protect your time and effort and work with brands that actually value their creators.

I highly recommend to avoid this company at all costs. As a content creator I worked in a campaign with them to promote an english learning app. The contract signed by both parties agreed the payment would be done after 90 days of the content being live.
Now it is 5 months since the campaign went live and they will not pay me. No matter how many endless email chains. They say they have made the transfer and it is NOT true. Stay AWAY from them

If I could score zero I would. Appalling customer service from staff! They are happy for drinks and food to sit on the side! Unhelpful rude and leave you waiting instead of answering you! The worst weather spoons by far.
