It was very easy to use the free returns service and I was reimbursed within a couple of days. Since then I have bought two pairs of 501s that I'm really happy with; both pairs delivered quickly and with a discount code thrown in to keep the price extremely competitive.

I normally only review companies if they have provided poor service, but stand-out was so good I have to leave a review! I bought some underwear as a present from standout, the product arrived extremely fast I think within two days even though I only paid for standard delivery. The product was too big but standout were great about returns despite it being underwear but they accepted that it hadn't been worn and swapped the sizes. The customer service staff were very helpful on the phone. I got free returns and then the new product arrived within two days of me returning the first one! Fastest delivery ive ever received from a company, in under a week I received two parcels from them and returned one. Really would recommend.
