I happened upon this store on Google shopping. I’d never heard of it before, but I did decide to buy a puffer directly from their own site as many prices were (very) competitive & their delivery & returns policies were perfect.
The coat came promptly with Royal Mail, with updates.
Unfortunately, there was a small problem with the coat, but customer service was flawless; very quick replying to emails, amenable, wanting to help with a solution, faultless.
Quite often, you only really find out what a company’s like when there are queries/issues, but I couldn’t have asked for more, & would certainly recommend & use again.
It’s great when you find an independent store where technical ordering/delivery processes work just as well as the major corporates, but the service is more personal & close to home (& generally nicer to support smaller businesses over the likes of Amxzxn.)
We’re quick to write reviews for sites when things go wrong, but I’m even more keen to write glowing reviews when things are especially good, just as I’m doing now. ☺️

I recently tried to buy a wallet from the website. But the website autofills the address. The shipping address was sent to California, I’m from North Carolina I never put California as my state the website did, everything was correct except state. When I tried to report my issue, the Phone number didn’t work, I contacted their gmail support but no response back, No change confirmation gmail. I love the deals and luxury quality wear for the best prices. Only issue was the shipping. I hope maybe next time they have an option to change the shipping address after incase the wrong state was on the wrong selection. I am very excited to buy this wallet I just wish I got a gmail back saying the problem was fixed. This was my first time buying from this website and this is my experience

Avoid. Ordered some trainer's size 10. Shipped completely different trainer's size 8.5. No customer service, no telephone number to call. Just buy from a reputable retailer and save yourself a load of hassle and disappointment.

i had issues obtaining the order however it was an issue from the local fedex and their negligent customer service however standouts customer service was a 10/10 definitely ordering from there again

Great experience using this website. Bought a pair of Levi’s. The pictures were accurate. The price was fantastic as they were £50 cheaper than on the Levi’s website. Also it’s great that this company has next day delivery for only £2.99.

I'm normally quite weary of ordering from new places but I decided to try Standout. Got to say I was very pleased. Delivery was fast and with no problems. As for the product, it looked good the quality was great. Price was amazing and well worth it.

Difficult to deal with the company. They claim to have shipped the item and I never received them and they kept on disputing that I did receive the sandals. No they are claiming that they did not receive my messages. So I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt and changing my review to add that but threatening to report to the police or the authorities was not appreciated by me instead of giving a full refund immediately. They do need to learn to believe their customers.
Thank God to the A-to-Z guarantee of Amazon I was able to get a refund despite this company’s Multiple email from Roger Martin in England repeatedly asking for the same information when I had sent it three times. For the small amount of $67 item it was too much of my time wasted by the company. I hope they learn from this.
