Aberdeen & Standard Life need a Hazard Warning
Having had money put with this company by a Financial Advisor, dealing with them has been a great regret. My Self Invested Personal Pension was drawn down in April. It took a month for them to transfer some but not all of the money back to me. Since then after many phone calls and taking names I am still battling to get any documentation out of them detail what money has been taken and where it is - including I think a P45. With excuse after excuse and unfulfilled promises - nothing. I happen to be sight impaired and one of the excused for a delay is because of accessibility issues and the Accessibility Team -but they can't tell me who what why, when. They can't escalate complaints and they really do not feel a safe company to have any money with. After lengthy phone calls today, things still not resolved and no assurances given. Guess I'm just a small person in the world of big money finance.
