Thank you for the additional panels.
During the installation it was clear that the previous installer did not connect the wires from the panels to the board properly.
Thanks to Kobus whom fixed all the wires according to standard.
This issue could have been resolved a long time ago.
I believe that we might continue with this partnership in the way forward.

Great customer service

I have been with Stage Zero for almost 3 years. On 1 October I received a phone call from JC at Stage Zero offering me a better contract than what I signed up for initially. I agreed to the offer and asked him to send me the new contract. The next day on Friday, 2 October I received another call from him informing that the terms and conditions has now changed. How can you make a offer to a client and once it's been accepted inform the client that it now has changed. To me this is totally unprofessional, illegal and unacceptable. If you buy a car at a dealership and agree to the terms and conditions they cannot come back and say the terms and conditions has now changed, never heard of any business operating like this. This says much about the integrity of Stage Zero, especially when I've been with them for such a long time. I am extremely disappointed.

I am compelled to escalate this matter directly to your office due to my ongoing dissatisfaction with the performance of the solar system installed by Stage Zero and the lack of an acceptable resolution despite raising my concerns.
The system supplied and installed at my property has failed to perform as represented during the sales process. The primary reason for entering into this agreement was to achieve savings on my electricity costs and obtain a reliable energy solution. Unfortunately, the opposite has occurred.
Instead of reducing my expenses, the installation has left me financially worse off. I am now paying more than I was prior to the installation, with little to no indication that the system is delivering the benefits, savings, or performance that were promised. As a consumer, I relied on the representations made by Stage Zero when deciding to proceed with this installation. Had I known the actual outcome, I would never have entered into the agreement.
Furthermore, I find it unacceptable that my legitimate concerns have not been properly acknowledged. The explanations provided to date have, in my view, been dismissive and have effectively insulted my intelligence as a paying customer. Rather than accepting accountability for the system's shortcomings, I have been left feeling that the burden of a failed solution is being shifted onto me.
I therefore formally demand the following:
1. Immediate cancellation of the agreement.
2. Confirmation that no settlement amount, cancellation fee, penalty, or early termination charge will be payable by me.
3. Removal of the equipment, where applicable, at no cost to me.
4. Written confirmation of the cancellation process within 7 business days.
My request is based on the fact that the system has not delivered the expected value, performance, or financial benefit that formed the basis of the agreement. It is unreasonable and unfair to expect me to continue paying for a solution that is not meeting its intended purpose, or to require me to pay a settlement amount in order to exit an agreement where the promised outcomes have not materialised.
I reserve all my rights under the Consumer Protection Act, including my rights in respect of services that were not rendered to the standard reasonably expected by a consumer and goods that fail to meet the purpose for which they were marketed and supplied.
Should Stage Zero refuse to resolve this matter amicably, I will have no alternative but to pursue all remedies available to me, including lodging formal complaints with the National Consumer Commission, the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud, and any relevant finance provider associated with this agreement.
I trust that your office will give this matter the urgent attention it deserves and will act in good faith to reach a fair resolution.

Efficient and friendly service and callback as promised.

Extremely impressed with my Stage Zero solar system. The installation was exceptionally neat and professional and looks impressive.
The service has been next-level from start to finish, and the app is really great to use to monitor and track the performance.

The best part is the savings on the electricity bill. Our electricity bill has dropped from over R4,000 per month to under R1,000. At that rate, the system practically pays for itself.
