The cleaning was at times hardly noticeable. Personnel responsibility level low. The invoicing was horrible. After promising to send invoices to my email they sent them by post to a neighbour (easy to check where I live in Sweden). After not getting the invoice the debt collection company was quick to send demands to this non-existing post address only two weeks later. No apologies and no undestanding for all stress and extra work that this meant. I would have given the company a one star only if it wasn`t because the owner, Leonardo, also helped us with a good heart when he started the company. But unfortunately the service levels including the lack of communication have deteriorated and are really bad at this point.
