I have to highlight the support of Karen M.
Her support and guidance throughout the whole process was very valuable. I would recommend this company and Karen to everyone. If you fall on their hands you will be very well taken care of.
Karen was always available, reaching out before every meeting to ensure you have the right tools to succeed, the right mindset and willing to make the best of you. Her knowledge on the field was very extensive which made me very confident before every meeting.
I can't thank her enough!

Such a poor experience with this company who held onto my details for months when I was looking for a role. They told me they had contacted a completely different organisation than provided to them for a reference and for the second referee, I was told I didn't work there! Had they contacted the managers given, they would have found that I did! Contacting random companies will of course not be a match. Despite SSR being the first agency I contacted, another agency were able to complete everything to secure me a job interview within a few weeks and the job within about 4-5 weeks of first making contact.

The agent Miss EB at SSR made excuses and no apology given for her incompetence. Through another colleague, I had a contact at the role I wanted, and was told that despite SSR having my details for months, I was being delayed due to no references having been provided. I had to chase Miss EB up on this myself as she didn't even bother to let me know the outcome of her incorrect referencing attempt (it was all written down very clearly in an email and on my CV and Linkedin account!). I was surprised that no references were passed on as all this was passed onto SSR as requested in initial contacts and this delayed me making progress with the role I wanted. Thankfully another agency saved the day and received a bottle as a thank you for his due diligence and efficiency.

Such a waste of time with SSR and I would not recommend. If I could give 0 stars I would.

A fantastic experience with the Dubai office whom helped me through a personally hard time and kept up excellent communication with me throughout my journey with them. A great company for Security professionals to contact and I highly recommend them.
