Right from the start everything was easy and full email support was given to get the design just right. The products arrived on schedule and are extremely high quality.
One product had a slight error, but the team got it sorted asap.
Overall I’m extremely pleased with my order and impressed with the service provided.

Perfect company
Hats off to this company. Absolutely top tier professionals from the minute I ordered to my order being delivered.. they were on the phone to me discussing options for my logo and suggesting ideas not long after placing the order and explaining everything so well on the process and what happened after. They sent me my designs and got to work on my order just before the weekend on friday.. it’s not tuesday and i’ve just received my order and it is perfect and delivered well under their target time frame! All round amazing company from their customer service to their products and designs. Will definitely be using again

Superb customer service from start to finish. Visualisations were great to see before production and the final products even better in reality. Awesome clothing and attention to detail with the branding exactly how I needed it. Highly recommend their service for anyone looking for professional results.

Incredible level of service with close-knit team
Katie, Steven, and everyone on the team at SPW have been fantastic to deal with. I originally enquired about a one off, small run sweatshirt design for a family party. The team were so accommodating and helpful with the sizes and processes they could do on my chosen garment. The level of service was delightful: checking my graphics, advising, and sending proofs gave me a lot of reassurance. These folks show real care and attention. It’s my second time dealing with SPW and I will be back!

Second time of using this great…
Second time of using this great company, they always deliver a high quality product at a reasonable price. My new company logo had a fault on it when I sent it too them and they rectified the issue straight away. Communication at all stages of process, can’t fault them and look forward to using them again

Only place for workwear
SP workwear were great throughout the whole process. From the initial order placement, they contacted me throughout and made suggestions; such as colour matching in order to get the best out of the design. The whole team were friendly and helpful, would definitely use them again.

SP Workwear is excellent
SP Workwear has been consistently brilliant for supplying the clothing for our company's engineering team. The embroidery is really high quality and lasts a long time. We've been working with them for 2-3 years now, and they replaced our previous supplier which was a pain to communicate with and took a while to produce the orders. The team at SP Workwear is really prompt to respond and give updates, and the pricing is competitive too. Overall a brilliant service and I look forward to a continued partnership with the team.

Pulled out the stops for our rebrand launch
We’d just gone through a full rebrand with launch week set for 15 December, and we needed everything turned around in that same week. Steve, Katie and the team made it happen.
With Christmas fast approaching, them closing for the break, and plenty of other orders going through, they still fitted us in and kept everything moving. Nothing felt like too much trouble.
When the delivery arrived there was a small printing error on my Christmas jumper. They reprinted it first thing the next morning so I could collect it in time for our Christmas party, which was a great touch.
Always responsive, helpful and happy to offer suggestions. We’re genuinely grateful for everything they’ve done and very pleased with the service.
