I loved the product- but their billing is ridiculous.My card expired. I paid a few days later...Then I was billed again 10 days later after payment - chatted with someone and was denied a credit. And they treated me as if they did not pay my bills - and the amount was only 10$ - I do not recommend them.
After being a customer for many years, the last few months I fell on hard times. I have worked hard to get back on my feet.
When my account fell behind last month, my videos were disabled. When I attempted to get my account current, I was immediately notified that my account was another month past due.
I had attempted to reach out to customer service several time trying to explain the situation and get some understanding and support. They have done nothing to help a long time customer.

I was sick, spent some time in hospital and couldn't check emails or my inbox. After 2 months because my bills wasn't paid on the platform, all my content was gone. I have been paying for 2 years and you didn't even care to take a backup. I was selling courses, 2 years of content GONE. It really hurts. I contacted the support and they couldn't do nothing about it. What a shame !
I love Sprout Video as a platform. I have my own content which I update weekly and then other content that goes up once a month or so. I like that I have my own website that Sprout provides and it is an excellent easy-to-use platform that holds all my archives and is available to all publicly.
Highly unreliable company subscribed for a basic plan then checked my statement and without authorisation they charge something like $200 odd dollars on my card. I feel they tricked to thinking you are going for a $25 but then they start charging my card. No lock system so if you go over their $25 and used over the limit they will charge crazy amount which is highly fraudulent. What is the point of having a different plan they fool customers into their plan and charge the card. Avoid any any cost this company
