Awful seller, do not buy from these people. Bought a men’s jacket costing over £100 which had a hole in the sleeve so I’ve contacted them numerous times to ask for a replacement. No response whatsoever. On top of that, delivery of the item was sent to a completely different address to that requested.
Stay away.

Bestel hier niks!!! Ik heb een K9 Sportsack Kolossus rugzak hier besteld. Ze zeggen dat het incl invoerrechten is maar dat is absoluut niet waar! Ze reageren niet op e-mail, het pakket wordt retour gestuurd door PostNL. En je bent je geld kwijt. €265,- foetsie. 10 e-mails gestuurd geen antwoord. De Rabobank doet niks!

Avoid at ALL costs, No communications, No response, No delivery, No contact number...NO. Scam or not, they're a sham. No service No score.

They shipped the wrong item and then refused to respond to requests for either the correct replacement or a refund.

I ordered a raincoat for my dog on 14.October, which has never arrived but the money was debited from my credit card. I have tried numerous times to contact them by emails but zero communication from their side. There is no telephone numbers to ring. To present day no good have arrived I have never had such a bad customer experience from any company like this.
I am disgusted with their behaviour.

Harness that I ordered was not delivered and the substitute was not suitable. No response from them to arrange return and supply of the correct one. Extremely disappointed with them.

Charged me for products they never sent. No telephone number to call. No address. No replies to emails. No customer service. I am usually more careful but got caught out on this occasion by the professional looking website. Fortunately my credit card company has refunded me. If it was possible to give a no star review I would do so. 100% NOT recommended. Beware.

This seller is poor. I returned an item as it did not fit my dog, reordered a further item which I received, but they have never given me my money back for the first dog coat. I have emailed a number of times to their “support” email address, they have never responded. Do order off this company as they have no customer service support if an order is wrong.

Ordered an item then received automated email saying I will be notified once shipment is complete, Weeks and weeks later after countless emails no actual response but did get automated email to say order cancelled and refund made. Still not had my money back. Secondly they hide behind another company name the complaints go to a different company. This business is a typical small broke company hiding behind the flash web page and fancy branding. Scam company do not spend a penny here. If I find an address I will be driving there for my money.

I have been waiting for my parcel for two months. Nobody responds to my e-mail to customer service. Payment is requested even though I have not received anything. I think you could call that a scam.

SCAM COMPANY ordered grip line delivered not what I wanted asked to return accepted wait for further info B4 return?? nothing came WHAT?? I did return and seller David (Avery)? owner?replied would refund. No refund given 9 emails later still no refund and NO contact from them. Contacted my C.C provider and have refund by them. TOTAL SCAM COMPANY they hide behid a p.o box number they also sell on ebay AMCSPR be aware you will not get your noney back from them. check out their feedback B4 BUYING

Not sure why there are negative reviews. I understand everyone has different experiences but I cannot fault the service I received.

Ordered an item on the 23rd of March 2024 which has still not arrived…have sent many emails between then and now and haven’t had one single response..stay away from this company.

They provide faster postage for extra price but the postage takes same time as the free one. Customer service barely answers and basically takes no responsibility even though they give false information! Bare in mind faster postage is not cheap and in the end you are just out of money for nothing. And FYI same items actually much cheaper on Amazon. Don't shop here!

Ordered an item 3 weeks ago, incorrect item delivered, apparently they’d mixed up the delivery labels. Emailed several times chasing for a resolution and emails aren’t responded to.

I wonder if this is a scam website. I ordered 29th of November 2023 a jacket for my dog which was confirmed by the company as I received an email with confirmation. In the email it was said that I will receive an email once the jacket is shipped.

Well here we are 5th of January 2023, no jacket, no email of shipment and the worst is that I send them already 5 emails with my concerns and no one responses.

I tried to look up on google if anyone else did a reviews but without any luck. Therefore I'm writing this so that no one else makes the same mistake that I did, order anything on this website.
