Graber Customer Support is Bad
I ordered Graber shutters and they were suppose to arrive by Janurary. They did not. I called customer service and each time I called they said they needed to look into it and they would get back to me soon. They never got back to me.
Finally, the shutters showed up. Some where not right. I called customer support and they asked for a picture. I agreed to send them a picture if they would talk to me on the phone about it. They agreed. I sent them a picture and they emailed me saying the shutters are fine. They refused to talk to me.
I had my interior decorartor look at them and she said there was a problem. She called and they fixed the problem but only after a lot of phone work.
