Invited by email, won, payout confirmed, then everything voided
Springbok Casino sent me an email inviting me to claim a free spins bonus. I accepted through their system which allowed me to redeem without any warning or block. Other casinos stop you immediately and request a deposit first — Springbok deliberately does not.
I played, wagered and won. Their own system then confirmed my payout request with a green tick approval screen and thanked me by name.
They then rejected every single withdrawal attempt:
Transaction 71237127 — R500 Rejected
Transaction 71238370 — R800 Rejected
Transaction 71241259 — R600 Rejected
Total withheld: over R1300
Their own written rejection reason states: "As per the email winnings voided due to consecutive bonuses use" — a direct admission that the bonus originated from their own email invitation, yet they voided everything anyway.
They then applied multiple "Miscellaneous Rule Deduction" entries to strip my entire balance after already confirming my payout.
At no point during redemption did their system warn me, block me or tell me I was ineligible — because if it did, I would never have played.
This is not a terms misunderstanding. This is a deliberate system design that invites players, accepts redemptions, confirms payouts, then voids winnings at withdrawal. Their own rejection note proves the bonus came from them.
I have full documentation including payout confirmation PDFs and complete transaction history.
