My purchase was a gift, and due to travel, I needed to make sure the date of the delivery. Matthew was quick to respond and understood my concerns. I appreciated his attention to my question and concerns.

Horrible company that automatically cancels and bans your account for no reason. On top of a horrible under trained staff that have no idea what they're doing. The supervisor/manager deceived me completely, promised me one thing and then did the other. What an utter disappointment, take your business elsewhere as this company and it's employees do not care about your business. Go somewhere where you will be appreciated.

Connie was extremely professional and helpful with a order I had issues with. I was super upset that a frame was broken in transit before I received it and she made the process so easy to get a replacement. Within 15 minutes I had a email of a confirmation for my new order and a return label paid for. I definitely will be buying from this site forever because of her extremely above and beyond service.
