I paid for next day delivery on Monday for an event I had on the following Saturday. I followed up straight away with an email saying I desperately needed it next day (to be safe) and was assured that 98% of their next day deliveries are delivered. I then had no tracking by Tuesday. I asked for an update and they said I’d need to pay an extra £8 on top and they asked if they could use my bank details. I immediately said yes. Wednesday came along, no tracking still. I followed up. They said that my bank details hadn’t worked (they of course had not told me this and had not chased me for an alternative). I was then assured that the parcel would be sent. Thursday nothing. I chased up again and was assured they were speaking to the warehouse. Friday no confirmation. Finally on Friday afternoon I got confirmation that it would arrive on the following Monday, 3 days late. £16 delivery (roughly) for an order I paid next day for on Monday that will arrive a week later and too late for my event. DO NOT PAY FOR NEXT DAY and if they’re say they’re chasing someone up I can guarantee they aren’t. Zero urgency from this company and now my event is seriously impacted. Avoid.
Edit* based on their response: I was not complaining about the additional fee (‘I immediately said yes’). Had you have read my response properly you would known that my issue was with the complete lack of urgency to complete my order - like chasing me up when bank details didn’t work or you know actually posting an item next day when I paid for next day. Not just telling me I’d get a tracking email when it was sent.

Such a small item that took a week to…
Such a small item that took a week to be delivered.(Probably because it took 4 days to process and ship, maybe it was drop shipped even though it said in stock on the website) I also had to wait after my business closed as the delivery company decided to deliver between 6 and 9 pm

Great prices
Great prices, easy to use web site, and good communication from them with a promised delivery time.
However I feel they need to review their carrier as the carrier told me a totally different delivery date ie two days later plus a comment if the parcel doesn’t arrive contact GB Sports. Then parcel arrived on the day GB Sport said it would & carrier said arrived early. So Carrier adds days then tries the arrived early trick!

Absolutely shocking company
Absolutely shocking company! Nothing but con artists, do not trust this site! I had a swim watch bought for me by my mum for Christmas, & the first time I wore it it was leaking water & wasn't fit for use , I sent the watch back to the company in good faith expecting a replacement or refund for the faulty item , but they did neither & even kept the faulty which which I'd paid for! I'm in the process of seaking legal advice currently.

Bought some trousers for work from the site and they arrived within the time frame stipulated, only reason not for the 5 stars is the communication from purchase until delivery was lacking until I got an email from amazon telling me they had been dispatched.
Had I known they were on Amazon would have ordered direct from them for prime delivery.

Horrendous customer service. My parcel has not been delivered and they refuse to refund or send a replacement until they have investigated. I have evidenced the delivery photo was not at my address and the label in the photo unreadable. Yet you have to jump through hoops by sending photos and documentation, but still no parcel or refund. 100% Avoid this company.

Fantastic service and product.
The team at SportsGB have been fantastic, almost as good as the product itself that I ordered!
There was an issue caused by the courier, not SportsGB fault at all but they were amazing at getting it resolved.

Misleading item description
Misleading item description. I ordered 2 'Carta Sport Rugby Tag Belt' which by the description is an actual tag rugby belt, however the item arrived and only the tags were included. This was stated nowhere in the description, so really disappointing as my son was looking forward to using these.
