You gave me what I wanted when I wanted it, in an easy, efficient way.
Even though I would say I am somewhat IT illiterate I found the process of applying and completing the requisite forms quite easy.
Ultimately this made my Via Feratta experience much more rewarding knowing that I had the required cover should I have had the unfortunate instance to need it.

Selling out of stock items
I ordered two pairs of boat shoes on 12/5. The order went through and today 23/5, I received an email saying the shoes are not coming. No explanation given. Rubbish service.
