Every time I look for snowboarding or mountain biking insurance abroad it's an absolute nightmare when it comes to asking possibly totally irrelevant medical questions. This was the best experience I've had with a common sense approach to offering insurance.

I spoke to your telephone advisors and they were wonderfully helpful, they explained what I needed and when I asked they said that the advantage of buying on line was a slightly lower price. I tried on line but it was confused as to exactly which product I needed, so back to the telephone advisors who sorted it out quickly.

Renewed automatically which is OK but informed it would happen on 30/6. As a valued SportsCover Direct customer, we’re writing to tell you that your Golf Insurance subscription reaches its anniversary on 30/06/2025. Received this message on the 9 June We have successfully auto-renewed your Golf Insurance with SportsCover Direct. We can confirm that your cover is now in place. They should have waited until the 30 June???

Easy to renew but disappointed that premium was increased from the previous year, especially given that I have never lodged a claim.

I had golf insurance with another company, although the first year price was reasonable, the second year cost was exorbitant. I looked for an alternative and found SportsCover Direct who's prices were reasonable and had a good reputation on Trustpilot. I have just renewed with only a small yearly increase, excellent.
