I cannot comment on their delivery and installation skills as we never got that far but their communications really need to be improved. We contacted them about upgrading the leisure battery and solar panel on our motorhome. After the initial contact my husband had to call them repeatedly as they never got back to him. Eventually they gave him a date to take the vehicle to them for investigation. When he got there the person I he was meant to see was not around but someone else took a quick look at the set-up and suggested what they could do to improve it. He said they would send a quote with a view to doing the work late September. This visit was on August 11th.We are still waiting for the quote. Needless to say, we will be looking elsewhere.

I ordered a Fogstar battery about a month ago, recently Nick at Split Charge sent me an email to say it would be delayed. Disappointing... (So I called Fogstar direct to verify the availability issue - which indeed Fogstar confirmed the issue was in their supply chain). Albeit disappointed I called to find a solution.

Not only did Nick get an alternate battery at a great price and availability - impressed I was...
So I then ordered a Victron 30A charger which was very well priced, clearly described lead times (which were beaten), and also called again to add in some cables and cable lugs at the last moment.
Everything was dealt with quickly, professionally and at great prices. Great company to buy from.

I found these guys on eBay via a search. I called them up to discuss a problem and looked for advise. I spoke to Adam & Nick & their communication and support was brilliant! They didn’t rush me off the phone, they listened and advised & gave myself and family reassurance on what was at question. We ordered custom item’s from them and they have been fantastic since. Going forward any parts I require these will be the first I call. Thank you again guys!

Extremely poor communication and unreliable delivery timelines.

We placed an order on 09/12 for a battery system critical to our food truck build. Since then, we have experienced repeated delays, constantly changing dispatch dates, and a complete lack of reliable information.

We have been given multiple expected release dates, none of which have been met, and are now being told that no guarantees can be provided. This has caused significant disruption to our launch plans.

Despite this, the battery continues to be advertised as available to order on the website, which is frustrating given that existing orders appear unable to be fulfilled.

While staff have been polite (when they do reply), the overall experience has been extremely disappointing, and we would not recommend relying on this supplier for time-critical orders.

We had an electrical off grid upgrade, which included a Lithium Fogstar battery, Victron smart solar, B2B charger & Victron Inverter. We are so pleased the result. All the team are professional & made a lovely job of it, fitting it in to a tight space for us.
We would highly recommend using Split-Charge.

We have used splitcharge a few times now to do work on our Motorhome and I can’t praise them enough there work is top notch nothing is too much for them !! I spoke with Samuel about what we need done in our Motorhome and he was so knowledgeable about things I just know the job would be done well but Samuel went up another level if you’ve not used them use them and you will see what I’m on about!! I would like to take this opportunity to thank Samuel and his team for all they have done for us you lads are simply the best!!
