Switched from MyUS to them
Switched from MyUS to them. Their rates are much better and so as their package delivery time. I never thought that i will be delivering item here in UK but whenever i had to this team has helped with every inch. Its been amazing doing business with them. Professional yet very polite in mannerism.

Most Reliable shipping services
This is my 4th time with them. Absolutely amazing services have astonished me. It’s feels unrealistic the way they offer support & show concerns for my shipments.

Scam website. I sent my purchase from ebay to Splice to be shipped to me. Fedex confirmed that they received it but they did not ship to me. At first they did not reply on facebook website or Whatsapp to my enquiries, When I floated on Whatsapp that I wanted to send more stuff I got a response but no information on my package, They posted a message that their warehouse was closed due to Hurricane Emma in July but were posting in August on facebook page encouraging people to send packages to them to ship.
They replied to this review blaming Fedex but made no reply to me personally after all my inquiries. Conclusion : SCAM. Avoid.

Regarding your package ID 938773 I would like to bring this thing into your notice that as per your provided tracking no. 165013789468 there's no information on FedEx website (https://www.fedex.com/fedextrack/no-results-found?trknbr=165013789468) please check.
Regarding tracking ID 282614059905 please note that it says delivered and dropped on front door but we haven't received anything. However, we are still looking for the delivered package in neighborhoods and once we found it we are going to upload it to your account.
Now please note that if we had to scam you on first place we won't be answering to this feedback. Secondly we receive packages on daily basis and try our best to update the records same day. But how are we supposed to update a package details when we received nothing. Mistake on FedEx end is equally possible as you're claiming on ours. You need to check with FedEx regarding your lost package. It just doesn't make any sense of accusing a company of scam when they are actually not responsible. Please check with FedEx and report a lost package with them.
We have checked with the warehouse team and they received nothing against these tracking numbers. Please check with FedEx, they have policies for damaged, lost or missing contents because it happens with them as well.
SCAM, Don’t Use!
SCAM, Fraud! This is a fake business stealing peoples packages. I am in the process of reporting them to Florida police and the BBB. Don’t use this service unless you want to waste your money and time. All of their phone numbers are disconnected, just try to call. Nobody answers the email address or WhatsApp number. I sent a package here and I’ll certainly never see it again.

The Best Package Forwarding Company
I have previously shipped product from USA to India through other different forwarding companies but none come as close as Splice Packages when it comes to uncomplicated, cheap and hassle-free cross-border shopping experiences from US. Take my word you would not find such helpful and friendly customer service anywhere in the planet, thanks to Josh, Austin, Bellamy you guys are awesome. Kudos to you buddies. Also you get a lot of special services and best shipping rates at Splice Packages only. I really recommend Splice Packages as one of the best package forward services in US.

Recently, I bought an iPhone XS Max from eBay. I live in Pakistan and was wondering how I can import this to my country. Then I came to know about Splice Packages. I have used Splice Packages quite a few times by now and all I have to say is that their service is simply exceptional. Packages are delivered right on time and their Customer Service is way more than helpful.
