easy to use,simple for anyone wanting a vpn with a router

As an older person ( 70 yrs old ) i was confused, no not by life or old age? Lol, but by the barage of emails and notices on my android set up about needing a VPN, i looked everywhere for the right VPN and was even more confused, with how do i install this VPN when i buy it? untill i hit on the idea of trying to get a router with a built in VPN, thats when i came accross Spider VPN, i spoke at length with a rep online who calmed me and sorted all my fears out, I bought one and the guys at Spider, Nathan, Philip, Jon and a couple of others who's names i dont know helped me beyond all reasonable expectaion, in fact in the end it was Jon who finnaly talked me through and got me on line and my system protected, i give the SpiderVpn a massive 10/10 and thier staff a massive thank you all of you who were involved in assisting me, Spider has a customer service like no other ive ever seen in my 70yrs on this planet

Easy to order very easy too set up and works out of the box was very suprised because normaly plug and play means spend all day with headache

After talking to guys at spider I am no where near to being happy despite previous review ......it would appear that although the router is connected I am still on my isp which is sky I have tried to go to several torrent sites and immediately had a sky message appear to say this site is blocked .
It seem s my router doesn’t work at all .
I find it partially frustrating to be unable to talk to the tech guys on telephone and only via there website on chat .
If it’s not possible to sort out on phone maybe I could get to Washington to exchange the router for another one.

Great customer service, I had the poor chap from the help desk helping me spring my vpn router back to life for over an hour, they remained helpful and polite throughout. I now have the latest firmware and lightning speeds (only lost 2 mbps off my usual connection without vpn)
