Very nice , good application when learning new language .

I appreciate the customer service: responsive, efficient, friendly.
Area for improvement: the same topics come up again and again in group sessions (sometimes there are too many participants in group sessions).
Group sessions again: the teachers are often very interesting, but it would be good if they corrected us a little more when we speak.
Exercises: the pronunciation exercises are great (repeating over and over until you can pronounce the words in the sentence better).
Some other exercises with a newspaper article are sometimes a bit long.
Positive point: lots of texts and videos to watch on many topics.
To sum up: a very interesting way to learn English for professional purposes.
