Purchased a helmet on Friday night expecting it to take the weekend before they'd be able to ship. As of Thursday the following week they still haven't shipped. Spoke with customer service who blamed the manufacturer. Speed addicts acts as a drop shipper where they take your order but then the manufacturer ships the product. Speed addicts said the manufacturer got a lot of orders after getting some items back in stock so now my order hasn't shipped for a week. Not good enough in my opinion. I won't shop with them again.

I ordered a battery from these guys on a Sunday and the battery shipped on Monday and was to be delivered on Thursday. Thursday comes, nothing. I checked usps tracking and it never went anywhere even though speedaddicts said it was in transit. I called and customer service said they would open a case with the post office and ship another out the same day. I called again on Friday because they didnt ship another like I was told. I then told them that I wanted to cancel order and get a refund. They then said I had to wait for usps to get back with them before I could get a refund. I told them none of this was my fault why do I have to wait for a refund, I was told this wasnt their fault either even though they were the ones who shipped it lowest priority. I hope my money is refunded but will never do business with them again. These guys lied to me when they said another would be shipped out the day I first called. BUYER BEWARE

I spoke to Artin on live chat. Artin explained they will price match a $849 helmet to $644 due to myself having a discount code from Klim. He stated "yes" to it and I provided all documents and then Matt took over and stated they would not honor it. I feel like this is a bait and switch scenario. Do not recommend business with them.

They have awesome prices and gear, i am not sure if I will be a return customer though, I understand shipping can vary, but when I pick an item and it says it will ship in 24 hours and 3 days later it still says awaiting fulfillment, well that is quite an issue for me.

They run this business by trying to cheat you out of your money and not explaining the details of what you're buying. Very poor tactics. For instance, when you return something it will not let you select the option to get your money back, instead it forces you to receive in store credit. Then under a strict timeline you need to request your in store credit be refunded or you are screwed. Also they will sell you part of a system really cheap and then charge you ridiculous prices on the accessories you need to complete. Overall they practice shady business practices and in no way offer you a benefit to purchase through them.

Excellent Customer Service & Product!
When my AGV helmet arrived with a slight defect, without question, they sent me a return label. Once I dropped it at UPS, they sent me a replacement before the return arrived. The replacement also had a defect. I emailed them immediately and again without an issue, they apologized for the inconvenience, sent me another return label. Once I dropped it at UPS, the 3rd one was on its way. The 3rd helmet was PERFECT! Will and Roger were wonderful to work with through email and over the phone. They would respond within a day and stayed in contact with me (never passed me on to other people to have to explain the situation to all over again). Thank you, Speed Addicts!!

Super fast shipping! No problems at all will definitely shop with them again as this will be my new go to. Extremely satisfied!

They offer a store credit return policy that is supposed to tags effect the moment your return is scanned in at the shipping company. They have not credited my account a week later and they have not responded to my customer support inquiries about the credit. I'll never use them again. I'll just let the other companies price match them. I'd rather good, honest customer service than anything this company offers... especially since they don't follow through on their offers

I made an order on this website, then I wanted to modify it, I sent an email literally 6 minutes after their order confirmation, they didn't do anything. Worst experience ever, do yourself a favor and buy from better shops

Buyer beware. The company cannot change the shipping address after the order has been placed. Even if the customer calls immediately after placing an order, items are being shipping from a third party vendor and speed addicts cannot accommodate or cancel orders.

Simply amazing company. I was in the market for a new high end helmet and I wasn't sure where to shop.

I used their chat now functionality and had someone that knew what they were doing help me narrow it down to 2 helmets, GT Air 2 and Airflite. Shipping was SUPER fast, both got here quickly and in pristine condition.

I ordered both. One was too small and I contacted them and they help me walk through the right sizing. It was super easy to send the other one back and get a refund.

I ended up with a new helmet and a company that I would use over and over again.

They have my support.
