I bought stuff there and I must say, the quality varies. Some stuff is good and I love it, other not so much. Orders took about a month to ship for me and customer service is almost none existent. I would also buy only when discounts were available since it‘s too expensive for the quality.
I get why people say it‘s a scam. But I think the owner just wants the money and doesn‘t care about customers. It is very selfish to take people‘s money and then get mad at them for expecting to get what they paid for within the timeframe that was promised.
Anyway, she keeps opening and closing the shop. I don‘t think it‘s worth it to risk buying there, because the chances are high that you will place an order, she closes the shop and then good luck getting your stuff because from what I read, she will block you if you try to complain through her socials.
If you can‘t handle the shop, just close it for good.

I've been scammed by them so don't use the service

I was going to buy a possessed top cause i saw in the website they were having free shipping worldwide. so i went to checkout, so far so good shipping was showing as free. then i remembered asking on live chat if it was tracked. a guy answered me and then i was going to continue on check out and suddenly shipping changed to 15dollars. i refreshed the page and the free worldwide shipping had disappeared. so i did not make the purchase and never again tried to buy from them. they are dishonest they saw i was going to make a purchase and changed the shipping. i got speed clothes leggings from hell's headbangers, hell's headbangers have a good service but the quality of the leggings is horrible not their fault of course, speed clothes is the one with overpriced, dishonest, bad quality items

Scam! Speed clothes is known for totally ripping people off. Sure their photos look cool, they have great marketing, I’ll give them that, but don’t expect your clothes to arrive for at least a few months, or even at all! If you try to email them or contact their social media, they won’t respond. I’ve noticed they also delete all “negative” feedback off their Instagram photos. Red flag right there.

Still waiting on order. It’s been 4 months. Tried emailing and writing in the chat box online and no answer. Can’t get money back!!!

Really Disappointed in Speed Clothes.

My thinking before I ordered was that they work according to their brand name but hell No.

Very disapointed impossible to get in contact with them after one month and a half still waiting... Nothing seems to have been shipped... Don't know how to get refund..

Ordered a pre-order shirt from her. Website said it would be shipped the 1st March. They immediately took the payment via Paypal then I got a confirmation email. After more than a month after the order and soon a month since the shipping due date, still no news and no tracking. Tried to write to them, still no answer, I will contact paypal tomorrow since the website is down(!!).

Had 3 items from them before and even if they were a bit cheap, tears easily and also expand for no good reason (my s became a large m and I wash them very gently).
First time they take the money without sending item, I am furious.

I will go with other reviews and say : Dont buy anything from this shop. Bad customer service, cheap clothes, items not shipped and not refunded... Never again

These fuc king posers cant run a business to save their lives. Horrible customer service, orders take forever to ship, and no tracking information is provided. Dont waste your money or time.

Every step of this order was woeful. I bought the leggings while they were on sale and had a significant discount code (I notice a lot of them are on sale so they can't be selling well) so took the plunge. After two weeks, I hadn't received an update beyond the packaging label being printed. I sent two chasing emails a week apart and got a reply from Tanza about a week after that, saying she'd send it out. They arrived about two weeks after that.

On top of that, the leggings are not great quality. They're made in China but the material is so thin, you can see the internal white label from the outside. They're printed on white so when you wear them, they stretch to look more grey than black. If they snag on anything, expect the white material to come through permanently. They also have extremely particular washing instructions compared to other spandex leggings I own.

I was inspired to design and print my own spandex clothes via another website and was surprised by how cheap and easy it was - you can even get leggings with a fleece lining for winter with your unique design for less than half of what Tanza is selling mass-produced, non-lined and thin leggings. So I'm making my own, which is the one positive thing from this experience. Avoid Speed Clothes like these other reviews say but do one better and literally do it yourself! Save money and get your own fantastic one-of-a-kind clothes - it's so easy.

First and last time buying at speed clothes. Bought 2 items and they only sent the cheapest one. I tried to contact them and many emails sent,without any response from them,so I filed a case trough PayPal and I fought for my refund,it took very long to finally get it,but I got my money back,so this shop is not honest and trustable at all,PayPal is already investigating,due to several complaints about the same thing,you pay for your items and they send it incomplete or not send it at all. Very awesome clothes,but unfortunately not honest people behind this business. Do yourself a favor and don’t go trough this.

waiting for 1.5 month now for my order. NO notification or anything received at all!!! I emailed & send a message on fb/instagram, but no reply at all....what a nightmare! I know Tanza Speed is a busy girl, but still here is no ethics involved in this order. She recently hired an administrator, but maybe that's just a ghost girl.

This company has been a living nightmare! I ordered leggings from Speed Clothes at the beginning of September and never received them. I've been going back and forth with the owner for almost 2 months. The owner is extremely unresponsive and incredibly rude, with comments like "I'll check if your refund has be processed after I finish my coffee." I never got my refund and unfortunately paid with credit, when I should have gone with paypal to file a claim easier. $50 down the drain!

Won’t ship and won’t refund! Great clothes but it’s a scam! Don’t buy!

Horrible! I had purchased 3 items in the past with Speed Clothes. All transactions were smooth. Trouble free. Items arrived quickly. I have been waiting for a little over 2 weeks for a response back from them as of today regarding a refund. I purchased an item which never shipped out. I emailed them 3 times about a refund. No response back. I opened a case with PayPal yesterday. Seriously, DONT BUY FROM HERE. I am so disappointed. The owner is constantly active on Social Media platforms but refuses to acknowledge her customers. Especially loyal customers. Her stuff is flipping awesome and yes, the quality is great for the price point. Just don't be fooled on that!! If you purchase from her, be aware of her shady business practices. She doesn't follow her own policies and probably wont care to fix any issues that come up. Even if its her fault.

Okay, i have ordered from this company three times. The first two times went smoothly. The third time they made a mistake on my order and i contacted them when the wrong item arrived. They are nice up until they do something wrong on their end then they stop contact. They have been ignoring me for a month now. I got them to contact me finally on instagram but when i sent them a message like they told me to, they ignored me again. I opened a case on paypal. If they are dodging you after they messed up i suggest you do the same. The customer service is non existant. And thats a shame because its quality clothes and good bands but terrible customer service. This isnt how you keep customers. I wont shop here again. They wont give me an exchange even though they messed up and it says in their policy that they do exchanges. They claim they dont anymore only returns but keep ignoring me since i said they have to pay return shipping since thats what the policy says. Oh and i keep reading that other people are having issues with their customer service too. I will tell my friends NOT to shop here

So I order 2 month before a festival to be sure I have my clothes on time. Not only I receive half of the order in one month and a half, but It almost got lost on the way because they used the cheapest post service ever.
It would have been okay if I had contact with the seller, but they stopped answering my mails the day I paid.

Almost two months later, after days and days worrying, I eventually learn that I would never receive anything.
They sold me something they were never planning to send me. Yes they refunded me.
But I wasted months thinking I would receive the swimmsuit I always dreamed of.

Was it on purpose just for the joy of being a fun breaker ? I guess I'll never know because I never got proper apologies from the company.
Anyway, the only good point. I received a pair of leggings in that parcel. They're great. But the customer service ruined all the fun.
