SCAM. Do not order from this site. Money taken and no delivery made. Phone messages and emails no reply. An email saying table tennis table had been dispatched with no tracking number and no delivery made.
Bank trying to recover the money.

We spoke to a male at Spector who said the business was trading. We ordered a table tennis table and paid for it. We were given a'shipping' number by email. The table never arrived. Phone calls were not answered.Our bank is attempting to recover the money. The 5 star reviews are all from 2020/21. and there are no references to 'Mark A' who sent the emails to us. Avoid this site. The company traded as GS Trade group on 1/10. 6/12/24 website says Sport Express Ltd
Do the 5star reviews even belong to Spector Athletics?

It appears to be a SCAM site. I ordered and didn’t receive anything. Number doesn’t work and no reply when you contact by email.

DO NOT!!!! Order from this company! Scam Scam Scam!!!! You only get promises and excuses because of the delay nothing else! No customer service, phone number is not working at all! They gave me false tracking number, I didn’t get any response back to my emails. Very disappointing, don’t give them your money!!!!

Ordered Wednesday arrived Thursday. 20kg barbell on point

I have ordered a rowing machine online at very attractive price. It was delivered assembled, ready to use, within two business days. No mess, no issue with unpacking and disposal of packages. Directly to the room. There was no instruction or warranty card included, but the issue was soon resolved politely and efficiently by the company.

Ordered 14kilo kettlebells. Unfortunately there was a problem with the supplier so the exact product I wanted was no longer available. Spector contacted me, offered me 16ks for the same price. As I already have a set of those, Spector offered a refund and paid it promptly.

There is a pandemic and a worldwide shortage of shipping containers plus Brexit so these things will happen. So I have based my review on the level of customer service received. Other companies have been in similar situations over the last 12 months. I have had to chase them when delivery dates were missed and threaten them with legal action to get my money back.

Really good shopping experience. Nothing was too much trouble. Emma helped with the choice of exercise bike would be best for my needs and came to a really good price for what I decided on and was able to give me a quote for delivery. Francis was excellent. Payment went through no problem, delivery was arranged (actually came a day earlier than was actually mentioned) and even arranged for the bike to be assembled before delivery. Definitely recommend purchasing from Spector Athletics.

What a great company. Great communication and really helpful. I was in need of a air bike due to lockdown and stumbled across this company. I am so glad I did I’m so happy with this product and service.

Looking for a decent air bike during lockdown and came across a high end bike being sold by these guys. They arranged delivery the next day and i couldn't have got a better bike for the money.
Will contact and use them again for service or more equipment.

Great service. Ordered a GHD and within 20 minutes of ordering I was told that it was coming the next day.

Ordered a heavy duty Adjustable Bench, absolutely fantastic customer service and the quality of the bench is probably the best I've EVER used.

Ordered the functional trainer with 80kg stacks. The whole process was brilliant from start to even after the kit was delivered. Francis kept me up to date through out the process and answered any questions or concerns I had within 48 hours (majority of time was less than 24 hours). They made sure the kit would fit and that I was happy well before asking for any money. The kit arrived promptly even with Covid and Dover port closed.

Even after the kit was delivered, they have kept in regular contact and any concerns I had with putting the kit together was swiftly sorted with video calls or emails.

The kit itself does exactly what it is meant to, runs smoothly, comes with good attachments. I couldn't be happier with the product and the service I received.
