Toke my money but still haven’t gotten my order it’s been over a week

Would and should be 5* Product is great ordered a few times now no problem so placed 2 orders on sale items been waiting 12 days for it and nothing emailed watsapp rang and get very little response which isn't helpful

Little bit waiting but I received my order eventually and I'm happy.

I have given 3 stars as my order for £40 arrived less than 48hrs of arriving.
However my friend placed an order for £100 the day before. He’s not had confirmation of the order, he’s text and called, I even email on their behalf but it’s seems nobody is replying. It’s not looking good for him.
So as much as I want to order again I don’t think I can. Shame.

I’m not a bot or in on a scam but every time I order I get it might be 3 days a week but it turns up cannot fault you guys keep up the good work 👍👍👍👍

I would rate it no stars but it don't allow that, this is a scam don't waste your money or time on this, the good reviews are fake reviews made by the people in charge of this scam.

Still Really good guys but yeah still shipping not great but the fluid makes up for it

Ordered some products week an a half ago still waiting for confirmation of delivery, haven’t herd back from them yet , bit disappointing it still hasn’t arrived or herd back yet , had never had problems before with company, see if it arrives by the end of the week hopefully it will

I have been a customer for ages and put a lot of business their way through my friends, I ordered 2 weeks ago now and messaged a couple times and have had no response, just want my money back, i dont even care about the product anymore. Ive come onto here to see if people are having the same issue and it seems the majority are but there are a few who have received their orders, what is going on?!?!

I was a huge fan, started lightly, and then my friends became avid users. It was a great substitute for smoking in general, so I spread the word and considered it a 5-star product. Now I'm not so sure since the "office move." Orders are confirmed by email, paid for but not shipped (over 6 weeks ago). However, when I put a "friend" on to it, she got her first delivery in 48 hours. Her second delivery is still pending shipping after order confirmation and payment 48 hours ago. It seems too hit and miss.

Sorry, guys, I'm not sure what happened, but it's a shame to see it go downhill so quickly. 😕

Took my money I got nothing. Totally ghosted me. ☹️

Still haven’t received order from 1st October

product still hasn’t turned up from the 1st October have emailed with no response now the 22nd

Feel suckered in by 1st order being good value and turning up as I was sceptical......
Turns out trust your gut instinct!
Larger 2nd order made and as soon as money was transferred absolutely ZERO contact from theese guys.
Had them give current bank details and then they vanished,I have made mutible whatsapp calls,messages and emails all to no avail.
HAPPY TO UPDATE MY REVIEW IF ANYTHING CHANGES BUT IM LEFT FEELING RIPPED OFF.
DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED $$$$ PEOPLE .
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!!!!!

Normally spot on tho this time ordered on the 1th of Oct and still waiting for a shipping confirmation
