I would have a no star rating.
Warning against buying anything from this supposed company.
Items ordered, paid for, not received.
Zero 'customer service'.
I have attempted to contact them by phone, email, webpages, Instagram, LinkedIn, the Director's mobile number, to no avail. (At least 100 attempts).
I've lodged an ACC complaint and have processed a claim through my card, which will take 30 to 45 days to process a decision.
Absolutely disgraceful behaviour.
Southwest Mobility and Sports Braces need to do the right thing.
Website advertised NDIS; I wonder how many people have not received what they've paid for.

They took payment and never sent the item. They won’t answer phone enquiries or emails. They have also ignored PayPal enquiries to find the whereabouts of my order. Save your money, do not buy from southwest mobility or sports races.com.au - the same company under a different name online. Buyer beware.

1 star – Avoid this company

Placed an order with South West Mobility on 12 April 2026, with delivery promised within 72 hours. It has now been well beyond that timeframe and I have received no product and no update whatsoever.

I have tried contacting them repeatedly:

Multiple emails sent — no replies
At least 10 phone calls — never answered

There has been no tracking information, no dispatch confirmation, and no communication at all.

What’s even more concerning is that after this experience, I looked through other reviews and can see many customers reporting the exact same issue — payment taken, then no communication or delivery.

This is extremely unprofessional and not how a legitimate business should operate. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

I am now escalating this through PayPal to recover my money.

I ordered the wrong size tyres for my mobility scooter. Tried to contact them before order was, but no answer after 20 minutes on the phone. Items arrived two days later in good order. When I called about returning them, they said they don't take returns, even if nothing wrong with the items.

this company that is supposed to supply mobility aids for physically impaired people should be ashamed of themselves I orded a walker for my 93 year old mum with a broken ankle to be able to access the toilet after a week of hearing nothing I emailed to see what was going on, that afternoon they decided to send it. If you have someone relying on this kind of device shop elsewhere I will never deal with them again the difficulty that my mum has been through this week could have been avoided if I shopped elsewhere.

I have ordered online and paid for 2 chairs for my elderly mum on the 3rd August 2022. It was delivered on the 17th Aug 2022. However, for those 2 whole weeks there was no sms nor email about when the goods are going to be delivered. When I emailed them there was no reply. On the day of delivery, there was no courtesy sms to say that the goods are going to be delivered on this date around this particular time, just in case my mum needs to go the doctor and no one at home to receive the goods.
Bad customer service, hopefully they can improve from this.

Great to deal with would recommend for anyone, Customer Service Lady was able to describe exactly what was required for my sons broken ankle. We purchased a moon boot, ive tried other brands but the ProCare is the best. The delivery arrived next day from Sydney to Melbourne was great.
