I chose this private clinic because I needed guidance in selecting the correct blood test to check for possible vitamin deficiencies. I specifically chose them because I didn’t have to pay in advance and expected professional advice to help me choose the right test.

After speaking at length with the nurse and clearly explaining my needs, I was given a blood test that was not what I actually needed and did not provide the results I was looking for.

As a result, I have wasted £82 and my time, without getting the information I needed. When I raised this, they said I had booked the wrong test. However, I chose this clinic precisely so they could advise me on the correct one, rather than having to decide alone.

I do not recommend this laboratory. The service was very poor and unhelpful.

I also sent an email with no response and had to call instead, which was equally unhelpful. There was no real effort to support or guide me despite the cost of the test

Terrible service — results never on time. My first time in this clinic. I had an estrone test 8 days ago and still haven’t received my results. I was promised delivery in 4 working days, got an apology email saying it would arrive today — but it didn’t.
This delay is unacceptable, especially for a paid private service. I needed it for a medical appointment tomorrow. I do not recommend.

Visited for a blood test and had a good experience. Professional and welcoming staff, clean and well equipped clinic. Phlebotomy nurse Noella Kiwka was highly experienced and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Got the results the next day. Would definitely come back next time.
