I ordered your 12" skillet
I ordered your 12" skillet, and it is absolutely the best cast Iron skillet I've
owned, I Oven seasoned it 5 times after receiving it, and it is perfect
beyond belief, the interior finish is fantastic, and it cooks even better than it looks, I have 5 others. a couple of Wagner's, and several from Lodge.
And my new Smithey Immediately became my go to skillet. Thanks again
Southern Kitchen, for a Quality product.

Great Receipts and Products!
Great receipts, my wife and I argue over which one we want to prepare on any given night.
I, unlike some on this site like being offered top end products. In my small town in southwest Virginia we do not have the ability to shop for such.

Good stuff!!
I like the recipes offered; they taste good, great variety, not too fussy with ingredients and long prep times. I also enjoy seeing the products, and one of these days I’m going to get a cast iron pan. I wish I could see reviews of recipes though.
