Excellent service, would definitely use Soundslive again!
This was a great service. I ordered a guitar amp on the Thursday afternoon and I had a text message on the Friday saying it would be delivered between 10 and 11am. The amp arrived on time as expected. I didn't expect to receive this so quickly but was very pleasantly surprised and would definitely be a factor that I consider when using soundslive again and I would definitely recommend this site

Excellent Customer Service!
I purchased the Samson Airline 77 aerobic headset mic. from Sounds Live.
The delivery was exceptionally quick, as I received the delivery the very next day, with a text message from the delivery company stating the exact time the item would be delivered.
I also had to call the technical department to help me with the set up of my item, to which they were very knowledgeable and helpful.
I would definitely buy from Sounds Live again and have already recommended them to other Fitness Instructors.

After finding the price the best on the internet, I thought I might be getting a poor service or it might take a long time for delivery. How wrong I was fantastic communication and it arrived in two days well packaged. would recommend to any one.

Item out of stock and poor communiation
Item was out of stock, but communication about this process was poor. Eventually received it fine (after around a month), but UKMail (delivery company used) is rather poor compared to competition, so because they lack notification etc. I was out the first time it was delivered, and only in the second time because I waited the entire day.
Not SoundsLive's fault per se, but they could have been a bit better with communication

11 days for delivery
When I ordered the product I was given an estimated 3 - 4 days for delivery. 4 days later I received an updated estimate of 4 - 5 days. 4 days later, you guessed it!, another 4 - 5 days. 11 days later the iterm arrived in a plastic bag and, unprediactably, crushed. No problems returning the item for a full refund - very helpful girl on the 'phone. I then bought it from another supplier and received it the next day in perfect condition.

Delivery and offers are something else
Bought from Sounds Live on numerous occasions but will think twice next time. Excellent friendly staff who know their products. This review has been revised as I only had initially one fault and that is that the courier they use 'UK Mail' do not deliver on time and lie when you enquire about delivery. However my review was changed because of following ... I was informed when I purchased a second item I would be granted a deal. This never happened and when I contacted them they wouldn't even price match a competitor. Felt I was lured into making original purchase from them. Sorry sounds live but your competitors are way cheaper, honour there offers and provide reliable deliveries.

Very easy to order and quick delivery
I called to ask some questions and the person on the phone was very friendly and helpful. The order online was easy and the delivery was fast. My only issue is that the keyboard was not wrapped and packed in a postage box. it came with it's own box, so the risk of being damaged is increased if not well handled by the carrier. On that occasion it was ok. I would order again with the shop.
