I ordered a new keyboard on Sundayafternoon from Soundslive as it was the cheapest by far, and it arrived on Tuesday (1 working day later) even with free delivery.
Excellent service and a great product.

The guys were helpful and informative. They phone to inform me of progress and the products arrived when they said they would.

I get a lot of my gear from Sounds Live. They stock the top quality equipment that I favour and at a good competitive online price. Delivery is always quick and I can always sort any issues in store because I don't live too far away from the store if I have an issue which is important to me because it is all bulky stuff. For me it is the best of both worlds.

Buying a Focusrite 18i20 interface. It was 60 quid cheaper than any where else on the net, came with pair of reasonable, low end Senheisser cans thrown in. Came next day after order. Unbeatable, really.

I contacted soundslive by phone and they were able to give me a total price for shipping a Yamaha digital piano to Northern Ireland which beat all other companies. The piano arrived the next day. Great service.

Placed order Saturday and delivered Tuesday, my only gripe would be a better tracking service but then again the item was delivered free. Other than that would definitely use again and would recommend to friends and family.

I phoned to place my order for a Roland AC 33 Acoustic Amp at 12.15pm, spoke to James who was very obliging and mannerly in dealing with my request and could not believe it when my order arrived at 10.00am the next morning. Wonderful service and would highly recommend Sounds Live.

I recently purchased a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 USB interface and guitar jack lead from Sounds Live. I ordered the item on the Saturday and it arrived on the Wednesday. Despite there being stock issues on the colour of the guitar lead; I was contacted first thing on Monday regarding the issue and offered alternatives straight away with a personal customer representative. Everything was handled very quickly and I was constantly informed of the status of my order. The products I received were well packaged to avoid damage and all in working order as expected.

If you're looking for reliability the Sounds Live is the one. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Purchased a Boss MR80 unit. Cheapest price I could find on line and free delivery too. Ordered on Wednesday evening, dispatched Thursday morning, delivered Friday morning. Got an email when it was dispatched, and a text first thing in the morning with an hour widow for delivery. Also had the opportunity to leave extra instructions for delivery (leave with neighbours please etc). The website was dead easy to use and quick. All in all perfect service and great price. Will definitely use and again and would recommend anytime.
