I have used SOS wholesale as my primary source of products for export to Spain for 15 plus years. I cannot fault their professionalism and overall commitment to detail. Always ensuring the customer is satisfied and the product range ever increasing. I would definitely recommend this company without a doubt.

A Taste of Home
I have been dealing with SOS for many years and find all the staff both in the Sales office and the warehouse to be absolutely fantastic. My pallets are packed to maximum capacity. If they are not I get a call from the sales office to tell me and give me the opportunity to order enough to fill them. I have never had such great service. The girls in sales are friendly, efficient and helpful. Highly recommended

I had enough with these people
I had enough with these people, they have terrible customer service. I have my shipping address to the warehouse different to the billing address, first order they sent it to my billing address. The second they were about to send it but I spot and told them to update their records but they simply didn't reply.
They chase you to pay their invoices the next day but when you ask them anything else related it takes them days to get back to you sometimes not to mention the person who is doing their invoices is often doing it wrongly and including vat in exempt or zero vat rate items. Third order they sent it to my residential address and the account manager was blaming me because I "didn't spot". I explained to her that it shouldn't be required for me to spot this as I already instructed someone else to update their records but she insisted this was my fault so I was responsible to pay the reschedule, surprisingly the cost of the delivery was double of the usual (£60). They are not professional at all and I feel so ripped off
