Impossible to reach Support
I am not getting a link to change password. I tried to call support, but the telephone number listed, 877-899-3611, gives a message that because I called today, I get to receive a special offer, and then I get connected to a medical device company, without any way to reach SOSOnlineBackup. Disgraceful! And the telephone number for business account support, 877-896-3612, connects directly to some other company (hard to make out the name), with no way to reach SOS. Disgraceful!
Until Now
Until now. I have been happy with SOS online backup. I have been paying $300 year for less than 3TB. They just increased my price to $1919.88 per year. What really upset me is: In December 2020 they sent me a renewal invoice and I paid for 3 years for $900. I have a receipt that says I am paid up through December 1, 2023. Then in January 2021 they notified me that they were giving me 90 day notice that they were not honoring my purchase and my price was going to increase over 600%.

I use 3 backup services daily for years. One is comprehensive but slow. Another is limited (not all file types get backed up) but fast. SOS is by far the best; i.e., both comprehensive and fast.

This company has awful customer support. They don't list any toll free numbers for support on their web site and, God forbid, you should want to cancel your subscription. I hadn't had a successful backup for over a month and only learned about it by accident. Steer clear of these people.

I am clueless when it comes to computers; SOS people were patient, persistent, and encouraging while walking me through what are not complicated steps - option after option was offered to help me configure (how do you like that word!) and schedule backups -YouTube videos, live help, etc until I got it.

Poor support, kept billing after cancellation
I wanted to resell their services, they suggested I use commissionjunction.com, which I did and never received commission (CJ kept saying it's SOS not authorizing the commissions, SOS just ignored me). I then became a proper reseller, had some good and some bad experiences, though mostly bad towards the end - bugs in the software doing things like cache folders filling up clients' hard drives completely, and they HARDLY EVER responded on my support tickets towards the end (closed them without responses), so I had enough and cancelled. Then they kept billing me and ignoring all my requests to cancel - I eventually had no choice but to cancel my entire credit card to get out of it! I now use idrive.com instead.

Need a BIG restore? Look elsewhere!
I've been with SOS Online Backup (consumer, not business tier) for 3 years. Everything seemed OK for general day to day backups and restores. Then, last week, the worst happened; I had to do a restore of 6TB.
Now, I'm not expecting instant restores and the data I backup I can live without for a week. So, when the restore started and I was getting between 50-200Mbit/sec restore times, I was happy. I monitored traffic and I could see the usual network peaks and troughs that you would expect with a consumer ISP, but I was averaging 130Mbit/sec over 3 days.
Then, after a few days, this dropped to 30-35MBit/sec with no peaks and troughs - I never got below 30Mbit/sec and never above 35MBit/sec for 24 hrs.
So, I phoned the support line and spoke to a technical support agent to explain that it looks like they were throttling my connection. The conversation went on for 20 minutes with the agent speaking to me like I was dumb and would just take his word for things.
The gist of the conversation was that they do not throttle connections and that 30Mbit/sec was considered an excellent speed and IF I was previously getting 50-200Mbit/sec then I was a very lucky man as this was not expected! I suggested that I must have been very lucky for 3 days; having traffic rates almost flatline from them (but not other sites I tested, e.g. speedtest.net & google drive) then surely this pointed to throttling? No Sir, this was down to my connection and usual internet traffic.
Now, I not a network engineer, but I have worked in IT for 30 years, so I know BS when I hear it!
So, for all the 5 star rates here, I suggest you test doing a SIGNIFICANT restore before making your mind up.
As I said above, it's great for restoring a few GB. When you get to a few TB, you're outta luck.

Cons - download sometimes takes longer than I would like and you can't download more than one file at once (only a whole folder content).
