Beautiful products and hard to choose between them all. Arrived quickly. My wallet is compact and good for containing the necessities. This is not a wallet you can over stuff so it is great for travel and for when using smaller purses. The colors and craftsmanship are outstanding.

The bag is gorgeous but…
The delivery was really fast and the bag is beautiful except… the shoulder strap is not well designed. First of all it’s black webbed material which detracts from the bag’s super stylish looks. But I could live with that. The main problem is that the way the strap attaches to the bag makes the bag buckle and hang unattractively unless it is stuffed full. If the permanently attached handbag style handles were just a few inches longer, I could carry it that way on my shoulder but they are not long enough. The effect of the buckling makes the bag look cheap and it definitely was not. I probably will end up buying different handles if I can find them and taking the bag to a shop to replace the attached handles with longer ones. I was waiting to see this bag before ordering another one that I liked. I still might buy it but now I’m a bit nervous.

We used this company wholesale for our shop. Never again!
We used this company wholesale for many years. Then, without even talking to us starting selling to a shop 50 yards away. Now Soruka told this shop they had nothing to worry about as they were going to talk with us first. They lied! Now we have a fued in a small market town in UK. Thanks Soruka!! Their bags may be ethical but their business practice isn't. I did get a notification Soruka replied but it's not here is it! So you reply has now arrived... Thanks for that but you are being very creative with the truth. Why after over 40 email correspondences are you trying to phone us in a landline number from Spain to the UK? The number is no longer in service and it says too. You just didn't want to put it in an email, did you? Not once did you say the time frame we had to order within, this should be on your legislation. Anyone who only wants to communicate by phone only all of a sudden is clearly not wanting to leave a paper trail. Nervous about trading standards maybe? Anyway if anyone wants a Soruka bag at 50% off do contact fish out of water gallery. Obviously, they won't take our stock back after stitching us up. And as many have said, customer service is poor so I'd prefer to deal with a more reputable company anyway. Shall I come set up a Paper High recycled leather bag shop 40 yards up the road from you in Barcelona? It's great for business 👏 👌

Scam. Terrible customer service.
I made an online purchase. It was supposed to arrive a week ago, and it still hasn't. They don't have a customer service phone number. They force you to contact them through a form, which I've done twice already, and they don't even bother to reply. I had to ask my bank to reverse the payment.
