From Airbnb and Booking.com to many other leading booking platforms, we use technology to manage pricing, guest communication, maintenance, cleaning and laundry. Since launching in 2023, we've managed over 25,000 guest stays, helped our landlords generate more than £3 million, and grown to manage 150+ properties nationwide. Now we're looking for ambitious partners to launch Sophie's Homes in new locations across the UK.

Excellent, Reliable and Completely Hands-Off Property Management Service

We have been extremely pleased with the service we have received from the team since they took over the management of our property in Birmingham.

The whole process of transferring the property into their management was handled very smoothly and professionally. Since then, they have done an excellent job of attracting regular guests each month, while also making sure the property is looked after and maintained to a very high standard.

Communication has been good, and it gives us real peace of mind knowing that the property is being properly managed, cared for and regularly occupied without us having to be involved in the day-to-day running of it.

We have been extremely pleased with the service since the team took over the management of our Birmingham property.

What we particularly value is the completely hands-off service they provide. They take care of the whole process for us, including managing bookings, dealing with guest enquiries and communication, arranging cleaning between stays, and taking care of any maintenance issues that arise. They also ensure the property is regularly occupied with guests each month and that everything is kept running smoothly.

We are very happy with the service so far and would certainly recommend them to other property owners looking for a reliable and professional management company.

Great Management Conpany

Great service, great communication! helped setting up our air B&B, advice on what and to furnish it with, helped with staging and gets the calendar full!

10/10 service. Tried with other agents in the past none provide any service close to Sophie. Best management you’ll get.

What a great experience with Sophie’s…

What a great experience with Sophie’s Homes, they’ve managed my property for over a year, and writhing 3 months I’ve referred 2/3 of my family members to onboard with them.

Till now they haven’t seen anything but great results.

Thanks Sophie, Luke & Jacob and the rest of the team.

Very smooth high quality management…

Very smooth high quality management service. On boarding was easy and Sophies team are innovative and experienced in the field.
Sophie team is always looking at ways to save money and maximise revenue. If you're looking for a smooth hands off service at a good price use Sophie homes.
