This is the 4th (I think) time we’ve stayed in this fantastic villa. It’s perfectly placed for Disney and Universal. It’s also close to eateries and Florida Mall and the shopping outlets. But it’s the perfect place for a pool day to help the ‘Disney feet’ (IYKYK). Everything is there so you can cook if you wish to and it’s even better that there’s scant washing to do when you go home too. Communication with Jacques is second to none. Staying here makes our holiday for us and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Thank you 😃

It's always,a pleasure to stay at Sonshines villa. We've stayed several times since 2023 and have loved each visit. Sometimes with friends, also with family and everyone agrees how lovely and comfortable it is. A well maintained, clean property, it really feels like home, but with the added bonus of the Sun and swimming pool. There have been improvements and additions to the facilities over time, which have enhanced the experience, the latest being the new entrance and exit system, works like a dream and so easy to use, no more worries about leaving a key in the lock box. Jacque is the perfect host, so caring and considerate, always likes to make sure everything is perfect for her guests. A lovely villa, in a quiet safe location, what more could you want for a great holiday. Can't wait to go back in September.

Where shall I start... better than at home. The house is perfect. Everything is in there and more than you will ever want. The beds are super comfy. The pillows are a dream..( perfect sleep from first night) garage is spacious and a great clothes drying area. Washing facilities are super new. The pool is really nice with safety fence to protect the hubby (kiddies)from falling in lol. Jacquie is always contactable and always willing to help and advise. The front door lock is a deal breaker.. want one for home... no need to carry keys or use key lock. If you have a chance to walk around the estate its a lovely stroll, people pleasant. House very close to walmart and other major attractions. I have been to your lovely home a few times with my family and returning feb. Can't wait to return again so I can relax and enjoy myself.

I have stayed at this villa twice in 2023 and 2025, and I am staying there again this year, can’t wait 7 weeks to go. It is the perfect home from home, and the fact I am visiting there for the third time, tells you all you need to know. I love my early morning swims there, it is close to everything you want and need in a Florida holiday. I am a telephone call away from the lovely hosts should there be a problem, but have never had a need to contact them.

A true home from home! This villa has absolutely everything you need whether you’re staying for a short break or a longer holiday. We’ve been fortunate enough to visit on many occasions and have never once been disappointed.

The villa is always spotless, with spacious accommodation throughout and a wonderful pool area perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The location is ideal too — just a short drive from all the major theme parks and Kissimmee Old Town, which is definitely worth a visit.

We always book directly with the owners through their website and have consistently found them to be efficient, friendly, and extremely helpful.

If I could give this villa 6 stars, I absolutely would!

A home away from home! Truly amazing Villa, amazing pool aswell! Location is amazing, very close by to Walmart, near to Disney and Universal. Really amazing Villa 100 out of 10!
