Excellent tool shed, well made and should last years. Delivery and installation was really good, blokes were friendly and helpful

I purchaced my apex shed from Astbury Garden center. Sales person Graham. Who was very helpful. The two gentlemen who delivered and erected my shed wsa Jeri & Karl. They were respectful of my property and erected my shed in a professional manner. With the finished job very satisfactory. They took away all waste materials and left my property nice & tidy.

Second shed I've had from Solid Sheds. Buildings are are good value. Installers turn up as scheduled, are quick, friendly and tidy. Would happily use again.

Excellent quality shed (5 x 7' Apex shed) efficiently and expertly erected by Jiri and Karl. First admired Solid Sheds at Lady Green Garden Centre, Ince Blundell near Liverpool. Delighted to find they had an office at Byrkley Park Garden Centre, near Burton-on-Trent and could deliver to my home near Derby all the way from Shedquarters in Skelmersdale.

I've just had Dave And Mikey here to erect an ex display pent shed. They worked efficiently and very hard. They are a credit to their employer. I just wish I had cash on me for a tip.

From start to finish the process of buying and have the shed erected has been a very positive one and I only have good things to say! John Baker Solid Sheds representative at Astbury Garden Centre is a gem of a man and very helpful as myself and partner decided on what specifications we needed from our new pent workshop to hold the extensive arrange of garden equipment we seem to have. Before we finally confirmed the order John seemed unphased that we had extended it a further 2 feet!
Online payment was very easy to arrange 10 days prior to the delivery date and at 9 am this morning Jiri and Karl arrived and having easily manoeuvred the truck through our gates ( not the easiest access ) they quickly and efficiently got on with the task of erecting the shed. I couldn’t believe that they were all done by just after 1.15 pm despite the access across the lawn to the bottom of the garden not being the easiest having had so much rain over the last month. A big thank you to the whole team . We just need to leave the shed to dry out for the next few weeks and then I can see if I did choose the right colour paint or I may be back in touch!

Jiri and Karl did an excellent job putting up a very sturdy shed. Arrived on time and as specified.

A 20ft x 8ft shed with rubber roof costing over £6 grand, checked with the sales person ( Who made a home visit ) sales brochure etc.. " Leave it all to us ".. the guys came to dig the garden for the concrete base and low & behold.. they leave the soil and earth for me the customer to get rid of .. really ?... Billy ( The owners son ) totally rude & obnoxious to me when I complained about it. ( Also full invoice has to be paid before the work starts, so if something goes wrong, you the customer can't hold back funds until it's resolved ).. do NOT use Solid Sheds... the company runs on lies and deceit. The company has come back to say that the brochure says " The customer must remove/ deal with the garden remains ".. yes it does.. AFTER I TOLD THEM TO INCLUDE IT IN THE NEW BROCHURE !! ..not when I bought the shed !.. another part of the deceit and lies.

We have found the whole experience to be very professional and efficient.
Graham was the salesperson who worked with us on our needs, surveyed the site and guided us through the options. We chose an 8ftx12ft shed with a 2ft deep shelf along one wall.
Jiri and Karl arrived today and erected the shed in less than 2 hours. They were polite, informative, listened to our requests on positioning the shed and were very hard-working!
All were a credit to Solid Sheds - thank you!

First class work today from Brad and Lewis. They arrived early and were so efficient and helpful. Can’t thank them enough, so tidy clearing everything up behind them. Definitely recommend them.

From start to finish, these guys are a good company to buy from. When placing the order I never knew how many options you could add to a shed, they can make it as bespoke as you want. We went fairly basic, but nice you can customise the door opening and side the windows on for your space. Then they supplied a specific delivery date. A call the week before to pay the balance and confirm the date and access to the property. Then a nice chap called Jerry and his colleague turned up and erected the shed professionally. As the company name suggests, this is a solid shed, built to last. 100% accurate company name! We are very happy with the service and quality. I think it’s worth paying a little extra for the great service and product these guys offer. Thank you!

It seems my roof is already leaking as the over lap of ( grade 1 felt ) had not been sealed and blowing up and down ,resulting in water ingress ,and now leaking through the timber it is suppose to protect snd now dripping onto the floor ,I'm.a little (VERY) up set sbout this as I have only received the potting shed on Tuesday 17 10 2023 send its not 48hrs old .

I’m thrilled with my summerhouse & wish I’d bought one years ago! From start to finish the whole process was easy & very professional, Simon based at Avent Garden Centre, gave me lots of advice & was happy to answer my follow up questions, while the fitters Jiri & Tony worked quickly & efficiently, were very polite & cleared up afterwards.
I can’t wait to get it painted & fitted out so I can sit there with my book & glass of wine!

we have had a few sheds,,this has to be our best ever you get what you pay for and this is worth every penny,the guys who took the old one away were great they worked in the rain bless em,,this shed is so nice i could live in it, its the best quality i have seen and so much has gone into it,mrs k said can we have a bigger one next year,oh of course love....well done all...and big thanks to mike and dave.....

Ordered a 6x3 tool store at this year's Southport Flower Show and it was delivered and erected last Friday in what I would call record time, despite torrential rain! The 3 guys actually turned up early, just before 8am and were all done and gone before 8.30. Very happy with my little shed. Although it may have cost more than other suppliers, the key selling point for me was that the cost included putting it up and they weren't phased by the fact you can't park directly in front of my house or that access is only through the house.

I’ve already written a review in July re the purchase and sales side of placing an order for my 12x8 foot Pent roof workshop so this is a review on the installation which was also 5 star.
The 2 fitters arrived at 830am on the date of installation which was a blistering hot day and worked for almost 3 hours. They asked me where I’d like the air vent and shelf and then I left them to it . I’m only sorry that I couldn’t fuel them with refreshments as I was in meetings most of the time but they seemed to have had adequate supply . With what seemed a very short space of time my workshop was fully erected , one of the fitters explained about leaving the windows open when it was dry for around 4 weeks and then to paint it with the protech paint. It looks fabulous especially as we opted for the rubber roof.

We placed the order for our tool store at Southport Flower Show. It was just what we had been looking for and the order was made in a very pleasant and efficient way. It was delivered and constructed last Monday, on time with no problems. We are very pleased with it and would recommend the company to anyone

One of the more competitive suppliers, that said the thickness and quality of the wood looks better than I've seen anywhere else.
The ordering process was thorough and addressed any potential problems.
Delivery and assembly were on time, quick and professional.
Would highly recommend.
