I didn't have a delivery date .when item got delivered I was not home and driver left card no contact details to rearrange new delivery date .Had to arrange son to go and collect item of which was some distance away , as I dont drive nor my son had to ask his friend to take him . The pick point was way across town over towards Wolverton , I live in Oxley Park , if only they had contact by phone . I have to this was a big problem for me .This is based on the Delivery Company yourself fully updated but let down by delivery company.

delivering on time, climbing the two flights of stairs to deliver the parcel personally, not like other couriers that simply leave it downstairs, in spite of telling them i am disabled. Thank you for the courtesy.

Ordering was super easy and with Apple Pay as well no digging around for my card. The site is well laid out which helps with locating the right supplements for your particular needs which I found super helpful. Will use them again as I can be sure the product is genuine and the price point in their site is good especially with pack purchase and the occasional discounts they do/

Delivered in time, with good packaging (cardboard and paper), I can recycle it all which is convenient. Site is easy to use (I do prefer the old UI as it was much more convenient to view and compare ingredients, well the new site doesn't hinder me so who cares). Items aren't out of stock for long and most of them are reasonably priced which is why I will recommend.

They definitely need to fix their online shopping. It is almost impossible to track your order. No chance to talk to customer service. I wouldn’t order again
