I have been trying to arrange a return following the purchase of a faulty bottle of supplements. It appears that the customer services is not Solgar, it is Nestle. 2 weeks later and after many emails, the customer services department still can't send me a valid return link or even a proper return address. So Solgar, or Nestle, whoever you are now - the level of ineptitude is beyond words, time to give up.

I was recommended this company for a quality magnesium. After 2 minutes of research, I came to find out they were BOUGHT OUT by EVIL NESTLE as other health companies have been. Dont trust them now.

I tried: L-theanine (150 mg), Esther C (1000 mg), vit. D (chewable), Mg+B6, Ashwagandha root extract, Phosphatidylcholine, Omega 3 (fish fat concentrate), Rhodiola rosea.

Verdict: all work perfectly, but you might need some time to notice an effect since it works in accumulative way.

So currently, already trusting this brand, I continue consuming their products.

I ordered and paid for a product from Solgar 4 days ago and have not received any confirmation of my order or anything about a delivery. I have emailed tham but not received a reply. I'm wondering if I have been scammed.

Item came quickly and I got updates on progress

I recently came across a bottle of L-Arginine in the cupboard that I bought a year or so ago and had forgotten about. I realised that from the information on the bottle, you couldn't tell where the L-Arginine content had been sourced from. So over the last week, I've exchanged a few emails with them trying to find out. My first surprise was when I got an email back thanking me for contacting Nestlé. Nestlé?? I had no idea that Solgar was owned by Nestlé. Their first reply just repeated the ingredients listed on the bottle. So I emailed again asking about the source of the L-Arginine e.g. is it extracted from some food stuff. I received a reply saying my enquiry was being forwarded to the appropriate department. A few days later, I received another email saying that the extraction information was proprietary. So I replied saying I had asked about the source not the extraction method. Just received a further response saying the information I have requested is confidential. You can imagine the effect this had on my confidence in the product/company. Bottle of L-Arginine now being disposed of and I will never purchase or use another Solgar product ever again.

Great products and service. It's just a pity that your website no longer works with Linux computers and despite me contacting you, you seem unable to fix this.

The Methylcobalamin is one of the most absorbable forms of b 12 however as an improvement adenosyl/hydroxy cobalamin would be an even higher level of bioavailability

End of Solgar - what was a respectable health brand was acquired by Nestle which also coincides with bad reviews - need we say more.

Pure EVIL company! I bought water C vitamin c powder yesterday for its effectiveness for collagen in the skin and after buying I by chance read the ingredients and for my horror it contains SUGAR!!! BASTARDDDDDS!!Sugar inflames the collagen in the skin and causes aging and sagging skin not to mention other health concerns. Wtttffff is wrong with u EVIL solgar! Why adding sugar poison to your suppliment ! BOYCOTT THESE BASTARDSSSSS NOW!! Highly likely one of those satanicccc companies owned by we know who . In this world to create harm and deathhhh and suffering to humanity.

What is happening to the Solgar brand and company?
Numerous products now seem to be permanently out of stock and customer services say that there is no indication as to when (or if) they will be back in stock.
What is wrong with Solgar's supply chain?
Why dont the company's staff in the UK know what is going on?
Are they closing down in the UK?
As a regular customer for years I am now left with no choice other than to buy from their competitors.
Perhaps Solgar's senior management would like to comment?

Great service delivered

l started taking Solgar calcium, magnesium and zinc last week and immediately l noticed that my tinnitus got worse. It is very loud and most disturbing. I then researched and found out that calcium can cause tinnitus and l have stopped taking the supplement.

Pedí un bote de vitaminas por Amazon y me enviaron otro bote que no corresponde con el que pedí. Lo había comprado por la B12 y el que me enviaron no tiene B12. Hasta ahí no es más que un error, el problema es que no me dejan devolver el bote erróneo sin desprecintar... Me parece una vergüenza que con los precios que tienen no me dejen devolver un bote que me enviaron por error.
