Softtext have been our ACT partner for nearly 5 years now and we could not have choosen better. The whole team go above and beyond on every interaction and are always quick to respond both on email and via the phone.
They have fully bespoked our system and we often use them to help trouble shoot. They even came and delivered our teams trianing!
They have got to know our business really well and have taken the time to do so, they are not able to make recommendations that not only support our business but help drive us forward.
Recently Rob spent a full day with us action planning on critical changes and helped us facilitate and strategically plan and Nikki has been a real life saver in offering her patient support whilst we learn the new marketing functions.
Worth every penny!

Outlook and Act diary
I was having trouble synchronising my Outlook diary with my Act diary, but Jake came on the line and found the problem straight away. It wasn't straightforward but within half an hour it was all done and working perfectly.

Softext over deliver and care
I openly admit that technology frustrates me! When Sales Bond were looking for a CRM, part of the decision making process was "will we get the right help and support and will we feel valued?". From bitter experience, many IT companies start off with the very best intentions but more often than not become, shall we say, slightly irritated with people like me who don't know the terminology and understand the functionality.
Softext are the most patient and helpful IT Partner that I have worked with to date. Nothing is too much trouble, they hold your hand through every process and ensure that all of my team are valued and supported.
