I ordered socks on the third of January as a birthday present. The birthday was on the 13th of Jan. I was confident they would get there on time. The birthday has passed, the socks hadn't arrived. I got in touch with customer service asking where the socks where, as the royal mail tracking told me they were also still expecting the parcel themselves. Customer service told me the parcel must have gotten lost, they offered to send me a replacement which I gladly accepted. I was also promised those would arrive within 5-7 working days. Of course, this has been more than two weeks ago now.
I have asked for a refund, but the problem was blamed on royal mail. I find it difficult to believe that they would lose two parcels, especially as, according to the tracking number, the parcel never arrived at royal mail either.
I have now been offered another replacement parcel. Let's hope this one will find its way to mine.
Needless to say that I am very disappointed as this was supposed to be a special Birthday gift.
I am starting to believe that sockssmile is a scam!

Socks are excellent can’t wait to give these as a gift to my girlfriend. Was very weary of the quality of sock as the image I wanted wasn’t the greatest but they were good quality and felt very comfy. The image looked great once they were on the socks. They were delivered quick, the following working day!

I ordered two pairs for Christmas, I just got the last pair today, January 24th!!! The quality is HORRIBLE!!! They are so wide and thin, like a stoking! Don't waste your money!

I ordered a shirt for my friend's bday and we both absolutely love it! All communications went very well and people are really friendly from the store side, which makes everything easy. They updated me with the progress all the time and shipping is absolutely fast. I will definitely come back to shop again!

Amazing socks - the socks got to me quicker than expected which was lovely and were also great quality !

Really bad quality. They're fine as a novelty gift but they can't be worn as the quality is so bad. The socks have no shape and are really plastic-y so your feet would sweat immensely in them. Pretty disappointed with my purchase. The photo and colour were grand but they're probably just going in the bin now as there is no use for them. Delivery time was fine as well.

I paid upgraded shipping on my first order before Christmas 2019 and they arrived as expected. This Christmas, I placed the order in the middle of November and had received an email within a week that they were shipped, but still had not arrived after more than two weeks. I contacted the company and they expected the socks to be delivered within a week. When that didn’t happen, they expedited a new order and I’m happy to say they made it to Illinois by Christmas Eve and my family member loved them. The quality of the pictures is good for being printed on fabric.

My husband loved the socks at Christmas! And they arrived so fast! Was so happy when they arrived as I had ordered them quite late in the month but thankfully Sockssmile delivered 😊

Placed an order for my socks and selected express delivery 1-2 working day’s. I needed these socks as they were a gift for the next day so I was very worried they wouldn’t be delivered in time. I contacted the company’s customer service team who told me they could get the socks to me the following working day on a 24 hour delivery service. Much to my surprise they came the next morning, would highly recommend this company, thank you for making me and my girlfriend smile :)

I ordered a pair of socks for my girlfriend before Christmas and on the shipping details there was write (with standard delivery) the arrive supposed to be around the end of the year (29-30 dec).
I wrote twice to the company and only after the mails i sent i could be able to know they closed untill the 2nd of January. And i was already disappointed about this misunderstanding but till here ok, i could make a mistake maybe I didn’t read properly (also if I’m sure about they supposed to arrive the 29!!!)....
Today the pack arrived (after 12 days instead 3/4) and at the moment of the payment I accepted the little tick ‘is this a present?’ so I bought also the other Christmas socks.. moral of the story i opened it and obviously the order wasn’t just really late, but inside my pack were missing also the second pair of socks (the Christmas one)
Really unhappy about this website, not professional and needless to say i had to change my little present for my girlfriend.
My suggestion is to choose another store. Problem not resolved yet and completely waste of money.

I ordered my socks on 22nd December 2019 as a gift for my dad for Christmas. I realized and understood that it was short notice, therefore, I ordered express delivery which cost me an extra of £4.99 to arrive in 1-2 days. This was not the case... it currently is 3rd January 2020 and as expected my socks haven't arrived. I messaged the company on Monday the 23rd to clarify that I would get my gift on time and only got an instant reply back saying that they will reply in under 24 hours. I then got an email back saying that they are sorry but it is the delivery companies priority to make sure that the parcel is received on time. However, as a reliable company, so they say, Socks Smile that has to pick a delivery company that carries out its promises. My socks have still not arrived but have finally got an email that wasn't automatic saying they need to get my order number. Overall, I am disappointed with Socks Smile and will not be returning. They should not have had express delivery as an option if it was express, quite frankly!

Not received my item emailed the company to ask them where my item is theyre very slow to reply and telling me that it has been delivered but theyve not been signed for or received by myself cant seem to get the issue resolved very disappointed was meant to be a christmas present for somebody and now i am out of pocket!!

Absolutely amazing, I ordered a pair of socks for my boyfriend with his face over them, the quality of these socks is fab and was definately worth the money. I can’t wait to order some more.

Was very sceptical on these socks regarding the quality, however, I was pleasantly surprised as the socks were amazing and ever so comfy! Only reason it is not a five star is down to delivery taking a little longer than stated...
