This company has so many designs to choose from, the customer service team are extremely helpful and the delivery was next day! Will definitely be recommending.

I ordered the socks for a christmas present on December 7th but still have not recieved anything despite them telling me they would fix it. I’m really disappointed since i was so exited to give the gift to my boyfriend.

Amazing experience with this company, Hannah at customer service is a real credit and helped wherever possible. Cannot wait for my socks to arrive! :)

Ordered my socks 30th Nov as an Xmas present, initially received what was clearly someone else’s order. I informed them immediately and I have still not received the correct order despite being assured that these had been dispatched multiple times since.

I placed an order online for some personalised socks, and the whole process was easy from start to finish. Simply selected the product and attached the pictures I wanted. I was a bit worried that the pictures I'd selected would not come out well on the item but I was pleasantly surprised when I received the item. The images are so clear and the quality of the item can't be faulted. The postage was even quick. Would definitely recommend this company!

Great product, quality of photo turned out really well, and order arrived in Dublin in about 3 working days. Really fun gift, would definitely order again!

Really great socks! Turned out amazing and the picture was even better than I hoped. Got these as a Christmas present for my boyfriend and he loved them. Only 4 stars because they got a hole in them after one wear, however I contacted customer services and they sent me a replacement pair straight away

Extremely disappointing customer service. My item was shipped on December 7th and it still has not arrived. Knowing there have been shipping delays, I waited until after Christmas to contact them for help. Understandably, they were on vacation until January 4th and upon their return they contacted me asking me to confirm I received the package. I let them know it still has not arrived and expressed my disappointment, as this was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my son. Their response was simply that they shipped it on time and it should make it’s way to me. They did not offer any help or alternative solutions. Their customer service is email only so there is little one can do with them directly.

I have ordered 5 pair of socks with my friends cat on it. The quality is great! You can really tell that it’s her cat. The socks were a great gift to all of my friends!

Just received my socks that I bought as a gift for my partner with our pets face on. The quality is terrible in terms of the actual sock itself - I ordered grey but when you put them on they look almost see-through. The actual print isn’t great either, this may be partly due to the photo I picked but overall I’m really unimpressed for £16.

I dealt with Hannah when processing my order, whom provided exceptional communication and customer service. Delivery took almost a month, but was to be expected given current COVID-19 restrictions. The image printing was high quality, exceeding my expectations. I’ll definitely be making another order in the near future.

Received email confirmation over a week ago saying delivery is 2-3 days. The company information advises it will be dispatched from Birmingham. They have provided a number which has a link to an unusual Royal Mail tracking number, and the message constantly says only updated when due for delivery. Trying to sort with Customer Services but not holding out much hope

The printing quality on the socks is ok. Nothing amazing. I have to admit i was a bit disappointed by this since i chose socks smile and not some other company precisely because the photo print on the socks looked much better although the socks were a bit mpre expensive. I should here note that the picture quality i provided was very good. Also the socks took long to arrive (20 days), which is understandable due to the upcoming Christmas and also Coco measures. However, did not appreciate the fact that customer services did not even respond to my questions regarding the delivery

I ordered some socks.. received a shipping confirmation and they haven't arrived.

I told customer services this 4 days before I had to give them as a gift and they made no effort to help.

The response said "If your order is not with you over the weekend I shall have an update issued! :)" .. I made them aware I needed them on the Saturday a week before.

Love my socks - initially, I received socks where the outline wasn't what I'd asked for, so when I spoke to the team, they replied straight away and send me a new pair with the outline I'd asked for, thank you
