I got a discount without asking for some on my original large order.
I had issues with delivery going to the wrong address. However, this was efficiently and swiftly rectified and I also got an email of apology after my initial review. However, the website needs polishing up especially where delivery is different from customer address.

If anything similar does happen again please do get in touch with us and we will do our best to get it resolved straight away. In regards to the checkout process, I can see that you selected the same address as the billing address.
