I was skeptical about ordering from them, BUT!!!!!!! My shoes came in 4 days with no delays!! The shoes I got were $600 on stock X and I got them for $263 at Social Status. I’m going to definitely shop back with them in the future!!!

Doesn’t honor their promo codes and predatory practices. Shop elsewhere. Awful company. Believe the poor reviews. This is a terrible company and you should avoid at all costs.

I purchased a pair of shoes from. Social Status for $140.00. They sent me two different shoes and adamantly refuse to exchange them for the correct shoes. It's been more than a month. So many emails and no positive response. This is fraud. DO NOT spend your money or time with this company! They are ruining the great name of Addias!

SCAM ALERT! This in NOT a legitimate company. My son ordered me a pair of Adidas and when they arrived, the shipment included 2 different shoes. I contacted Social Status immediately and sent pictures of the shoes. They began an “investigation”. After two weeks and a multitude of email correspondences, it was evident that they had no intention of remedying the issues. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This is fraud.

The one on Penn Ave has rude employees. Said hello and NO response at all.
Messy store. Streetwear is blah at best. The only interesting things are Comme des Garcons Play line and A Bathing Ape. Everything else is boring. Would never come back due to rudeness and messiness there.

I paid over €380 for the shoes, €267 (+$60 shipping) and €104 for customs and taxes, and now I receive the package and it is not the size I ordered. I received size 11.5 (EU 44) and I had ordered size EU 43.

I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks for them to send me the return label for the Jordan 3 A Ma Maniere, they do not answer my emails, I do not want a partial refund of $60, I want a full refund since the ones who made the mistake are you.

I purchased the item, but it was never delivered to me.
I've reached out multiple times and received one response, stating that because it's a final sale, cancellation is not possible.
While I would understand and not seek a return if the item had reached me, it hasn't. This company is a scam. They just take your money.

Don’t order from this place. You will get what they want to send you for less the price you pay. The customer service email given out is a joke, they will not respond. Due to my having to select at least one star I did. Here is my story, I placed an order and received the wrong product. I called the store responsible for shipping the product, the Greensboro store. After explaining my situation the person hung up in my face. I then called the Raleigh and Houston stores but they are not connected to each other and could not help me to a refund or get what I ordered. Now I am stuck with a product I can’t use and I have been scammed out of my money. There has been numerous emails sent to the customer service address to no avail. I regret having trusted any of the good reviews from this franchise.

Absolute garbage company. I wish there was a way to give zero stars. I've seen MLM schemes better run than this business. They basically have a 5-30 day shipping window. You basically have no idea when anything will ship. No customer service, no one answers the phone, and the inventory on the website is a lie. If you want your money stolen to receive no product then definitely buy from them

This company is trash. Literally will take your money and no matter what they will try to ship after the time frame. They can't get their employees from in-store to package the in-store stuff out properly to ship it in time. And if you go in store to try and look at anything the kids working there or more worried about how they're dressed instead of helping customers... They also go by APB store.. beware of shady business for real

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I received an email stating that I won a raffle that I never entered. I immediately responded to them stating this, and received a generic reply back. They finally responded to my email after they shipped the item that I never purchased and told me that all sales are final. I disputed this with my credit card company, but since they sent the product, I lost the dispute and basically lost $200 on a shoe I never wanted.

Seriously, do not order from this company and don’t enter a raffle in their site. I truly believe my info was saved from a previous raffle that I entered and used for a raffle where nobody wanted the shoe just so they could cut their losses.

Ordered a Foamposite 8 days ago, still no shipping confirmation. In this day and age it is not acceptable to charge the customer and not fulfill the order for 8 days and counting

Social status is very in tune with Fedex shipping. Package was delivered, literally 5 minutes latter I got an email from social status confirming the product was at the shipping destination. Entered a raffle with ease, was constantly notified when I won on product where about.

0 stars they suck as a company they will not answer phone or emails they will keep your money noing you dont have what u order through them bad experience would not recommend spending your money with social status at all total scam company but the better business bureau will be getting in contact with them about my refund.

Entered raffle for sneakers. Hidden $15 charge for shipping which was not revealed until item shipped. Received defective sneakers with stitching and glue imperfections. Sent pictures to customer service, they completely dismissed me! Worst customer service experience of all time! Same sneakers were released on Nike SNKRS app a week later, free shipping and returns. I wish I had waited. I will NEVER buy from them again. STAY AWAY

Would not give me a 10% discount when signed up for newsletter as advertised. Almost bought a pair of shoes, but saw the reviews for this company was terrible. 1 star for not giving me my discount and trying to charge shipping on $200 shoes.

I entered a raffle for social status x penny 1's and they charged me twice for two pairs. When I attempted to send a pair back for a refund they informed me that after May 20, 2022 all items sold are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged. This was not clear when I entered the raffle and I think it's shady when you want to force consumers to keep your products. Will not ever order from them again.

This is a sad excuse for a company. I placed an order over a month ago they took my money and the order status never changed. I went into a physical store being that they don’t have a customer service number and they couldn’t help me. I will NEVER order from this piece of garbage ass company again!

Social Status is THE MOST TERRIBLE ran businesses in all of existence. Multiple shops, none of which answer the phone. Have sent multiple emails which state will be replied to within 24 hours. It's been 10 days now not one response or acknowledgement. Held my money for days for an order then decided to cancel it. No reason why. Then they put that same item they cancelled up on their website and people checked out and I was still waiting for a refund and reason why. Terrible customer service team just ignores customers concerns. I wouldn't even buy a pair of socks from this place anymore. If I could give it negative stars I would because 1 star is too generous.
