I have been buying sports clothing from SoActive (or She Active) for several years, and have always experienced very good service and quick delivery too (Europe). High-quality website.

I'm always wary of using a new online company, having heard too many horror stories about cheap knock off goods, or the product never arriving etc..

However, I also didn't want to be paying £130 for a pair of running shoes I could get for £80, I checked up on soactive and they seemed legit, so, against my initial instinct, took the plunge.

excellent communications throughout, shoes arrived very quickly, as described, and I am genuinely impressed with this company, not to mention the £50 saving, and they even included a free gift which was a nice touch.

I ordered a running top in the sales which wasn't very expensive it arrived very quickly and also came with a free gift - a water bottle! Absolutely delighted! Someone had also hand written on the sheet 'plus you free gift' and put a smiley face on it - i was delighted!!!

Good choice of products on website competitively price.
No problems with ordering or delivery. Would be happy to order from then again.

I was very pleased with the price of this Ronhill Storm vision jacket, it was half price, delivery was very quick, 1 very happy runner !

Ma commande est restée plusieurs jours en stand-by malgré un prélèvement, lui, très rapide. Mais une fois le problème détecté et après un contact téléphonique très cordial, tout est rentré dans l'ordre.

Having ordered and paid for something online you would expect it to be delivered over the next few days. When it does not turn up after nearly a week ( knowing how efficient they have been in the past) I started to wonder had it been lost in the post, undelivered etc... I had to sort through into my account details and find a small email to say the 'product I had ordered was not in stock!!' well why did it take my money then?... then further to my annoyance I have requested a refund, I have had zero contact and no refund after nearly 2 weeks of making the order... Come on SoActive get your act together, I've always known you in the past to be efficient and turn refunds around quickly!!!

Good website, no problems and good service. I always use so active for gym wear.

Highly recommend this site. Great selection at a really good price. There was a slight discrepancy with my order but this was quickly resolved and I was more than happy with the customer service I received. I will be back for more purchases :)
