They cancelled my order because out of stock so nothing was ever shipped but did not give me a refund i had to ask it myself a couple of times, then they told me after a couple of times askin for a refund i would get a refund but not the complete amount...then i told them i wanted a full refund and again had to ask more then 1 time so eventualy they send me a refund but still not a full refund they did this twice and now im still waitin for my full refund for 2 weeks already this is not acceptable

Needed some information before ordering and emailed. Initial response was positive and promised info by return. As this was just after Christmas and despite more emails and at least a dozen phone calls still no response. Are they still trading?

Warm sheepskin slippers BUT the brand label on the inside where the sole of your foot sits is very uncomfortable. Very disappointing considering the price.

I ordered a pair of lambs wool slippers for my wife and myself. They are excellent quality, very comfortable and good value.
I made a mistake with part of my order but customer support were extremely helpful and exchanged them.
I would definitely buy again.

This is a quick shout-out for Snug Rugs Customer services. I had a pair of Suede Moccasin slippers from them back in January. The sole of one (but only one) of the slippers wore through to holes at the toe and heel after only 8 - 9 months of indoor use. I've never had this happen before on similar slippers (from any supplier) so I'm sure that this was just an unfortunate issue with the material for that one particular slipper rather than being an overall quality problem with Snug Rugs slippers. After I'd explained the problem and dates fully to Snug Rugs, they quickly dispatched a replacement pair of slippers, and I have every confidence that the same issue won't recur. I usually get around two years of use out of this kind of slipper before the lining gets a bit thin; I will feel confident about ordering another pair from Snug Rugs when that does next occur.

The description the Men’s Moccasin slippers leads you to believe they’re an entirely natural product which is the reason I bought them.
After a few months they started to smell bad so I ended up having to wash them! (I keep my feet clean by the way!) They were ok for a short while but started to smell again. This time I decided to investigate. I peeled back the fabric lining to find the inside of the suede leather was lined with a rubber substance. How the heck your feet are supposed to breath through that I don’t know. No wonder they stink!

Very disappointed with these slippers. I’m going to have to throw them in the bin which probably smells fresher than they do!

No stock available, never shows any update, sent email to customer services(21/03/21), facebook message(19/03/21) and ebay message (21/03/21 and 07/04/21) NO REPLY TO ANY OF THEM AND NO COMMUNICATION. I have not even bought anything as they never have stock or reply, hate to think what their customer service is like if you need to contact them or send a return. SHOCKING, looks like you get a 50% chance of a good or bad service according to these ratings

My recent dealings with Snugrugs was absolutely first rate. Delivery was punctual, and the quality of my gloves is superb. Dealing with the office was a pleasure, very respectful and helpful.

Ordered a pair of slippers and was sent the wrong ones, returned them and asked for the correct slippers to be sent. A refund was given with no explanation. I had to chase customer service to find out what was happening.

Shocking customer service. My wife ordered a pair of slippers which cost over £40. They arrived with a receipt stating that they cost £19.99. The receipt clearly described the slippers. They are still on the website at full price. She queried this with the company asking if she had been overcharged. She got a very curt response stating simply that she had not been overcharged. No explanation, no apology, no offer to send out a receipt showing the correct amount. So she emailed them again asking for an explanation and a correct invoice - got zero response.
Why would a company deliberately send out fake invoices? Highly suspicious. Won't be using them again.

Ordered four 60cmx60cm Mongolian cushions last Thursday...they were with me on Saturday morning, and I live in NI!!
I'm absolutely delighted with them. The quality is excellent, the size is fantastic, the colour is beautiful and WE LOVE HOW LUXURIOUS they are! Great value for money and highly impressed with the service. I will definitely buy from Snugrugs again. Can't recommend enough. Thank you David.

I ordered some boots for my son which were the wrong size. After requesting a returns label which I received very quickly I returned them. After two weeks I’d not heard anything so I checked the tacking number on Royal Mail and it didn’t show so thought I’d follow up directly with SnugRugs. They hadn’t received them, but asked if I had a copy of the returns receipt. I sent this to them and despite having not received the returns asked whether it was a refund or replacement that I wanted. All communications were extremely prompt and Fay who I dealt with was very helpful and efficient. Excellent service. Thank you.
