Perfect Vacation!
Our trip through Snowpak was FANTASTIC!!! Our family of 4 visited Banff for the first time from PA, and it went better than I expected. The quality of service was amazing and everything went so smoothly. Our ski and snowboard rentals were great quality and they delivered and picked everything up right from our hotel. The transfers were always on time and the accommodations on them were comfortable. Thanks for making our trip effortless and memorable. We will definitely book with Snowpak again!

We had an issue with our accommodations…
We had an issue with our accommodations at the Silverado Lodge by Park City - Canyons Village. The building was under renovation. The HVAC system was being replaced and our room was very warm 75 degrees or more. In addition, the adjoining room was being renovated with much hammering during the day. The staff at the front desk advised us to open the window.
After one hot uncomfortable sleepless night and after asking to move to another room or facility, they moved us to another building. It was still warmer than we preferred but manageable.
I called and left a message on the SnowPak voicemail. SnowPak did not return my call.

First family ski trip
This was our family's first ski trip, and SnowPak handled all of the unknowns for us. Without major research, we would not have known what passes to get or how to set them up, which equipment rental company to go with, setting up transportation to/from the airport, etc. From the time that our flight landed to the time that we left, we felt like the vacation was handled and we didn't need to worry about anything unexpected. Even knowing what we know now, we would use them again in the future.

Snowpak went above and beyond to help make sure our trip was perfect. They took care of everything and truly took so much stress off of me when planning our trip. Their travel agents are extremely knowledgeable about everything ski related and are there to guide you through out the whole trip planning process.
