Hi, Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us a review - we really appreciate your feedback. Snowchains can be a bit daunting to fit the first time, but you may find the videos are easier to use than the written instructions. They can be found on our home page at the top right hand side of the page. Please give us a ring if you are still unsure and we can talk you through the fitting

Bought snow chains for Ford galaxy
Bought snow chains for Ford galaxy. Excellent service and advice on their website including v good incentive to TRY THEM ON before you go and if they don’t fit they will change them. It must be rare that they don’t fit if you’ve read your tyre size correctly but ‘having a go to fit them’ is essential because it would have been a whole lot harder fitting them for in a blizzard by the side of the road in the dark had it been the first time. Great links to videos - which make it look so easy, it’s doable but not that easy - and my top tip is: carry a head torch and a gardening kneeling pad in the car as part of your snowchains kit.

Hi Samantha, Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us a review and for the excellent feedback regarding fitting. As you say, it really is an excellent idea to practice fitting them at home in the dry. They are not hard to fit, but having a trial run at home makes a huge difference if you end up having to fit them on the side of a mountain.
Excellent service and very knowledgable
Excellent service, as always. I've hired snow chains for several years from this company and their knowledge is very helpful and delivery very prompt. I've now bought snow chains from them, and again, the service was exceptional.
