I rang the company and the sales guy was amazing, he walked me through all of the options, he then helped me put everything into the basket. But at that point we’d missed the 16:00 cut off and he said... Se mer

Great service. Excellent knowledge.
They know their stuff and are incredibly helpful. Our requirement was a tricky one as we needed chains for a rental car and only had the model confirmed 3 days before Christmas and we were driving in France from Boxing day. They answered multiple calls from me quickly, and gave the best advice to ensure the most cost effective solution. Would def recommend.

Brilliant snow chains, excellent service
Snow chains arrived as promised. No issues with delivery.
I didn't expect to need the chains but the day before we left the Alps, we had a lot of snow. Snow chains were brilliant and we were able to drive through several feet of snow and on compacted snow down the mountain.
We chose XG12 pro chains XG265 for a VW Touareg 67 reg. They are very easy to fit and self tension. I'd buy them again.

Hi James, Thank you so much for your feedback. It's always good to hear from customers who have had to use their chains, particularly so when you give us so much information. The XG12 range are a high performance range, and are especially useful with a heavy vehicle like a VW Touareg. It sounds like the conditions were quite testing, so I am pleased (but not surprised) the chains performed well. They have the added benefit of the self tensioning system, which makes fitting that bit easier - a welcome benefit in heavy snow and freezing conditions! Thanks very much for your review. Best wishes from The Polar Team
Tried and tested this amazing product.
Great product, fast delivery. Highly recommended. Climbed a forrestry fire road in the highlands for a mtb event no bother at all, The snow chains with my all season tyres worked superbly.

Very efficient and helpful
Great service, phoned before ordering to get some advice as I was fitting the chains to a sprinter 4x4 with all terrain tyres. I was advised to go up one size up to cater for the chunky tyres and they fit perfectly .

Great advice and speedy delivery
Before selecting the particular brand and model of snow chains for my car I called the company for advice; this confirmed my choice and I placed the order on a Friday afternoon. I expected delivery 3 to 5 days later, but the snow chains arrived next day. The service has been great and the snow chains are ideal for my car.
