Snorestore Omdömen

Always received a very good service. Straightforward ordering process and delivery as expected, very efficient.
The Silicone Insta-Putty earplugs are my favourite and are very effective in blocking unwanted noises, aiding a good night’s sleep.

I've ordered from snorestore for years, and always found their product quality excellent. A couple of weeks ago, I bought what I thought was the same earplugs, but cheaper from another website... what a mistake. I could hear everything. Total waste of money.

The ones from snore store are brilliant, as always. I sleep so soundly in them and the quality is superb. I won't shop anywhere else again. Ive learnt my lesson.

Great stock, that's readily available, with prompt delivery. Have been my go to store for over 10 years. Here's to the next 10!

I've been using Snorestore for at least 15 years. Always fast delivery and excellent customer service, and high quality products. The sample packs are incredibly useful. Being able to find earplugs that fit my ears is amazing. As someone with noise sensitivity, they have saved my sanity many times having the different levels of earplug for different amounts of noise. Highly recommend.

Found this company a few years ago and have genuinely slept better ever since!!! I buy the insta-putty ear plugs and wow! Speedy delivery, excellent & professional customer service - I would highly recommend. Thank you!

Exceptional customer service and speedy delivery. Ned went above and beyond to ensure I received my order on time and was extremely helpful and responsive over email. Thanks very much!

This is a brilliant product. Totally works and blocks out my hubby’s snoring yet allows for loud alarm noises to come through. I’ve been using their product for many years. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Have been ordering with snorestore for many years and it's always seamless. The EAR Soft 21 earplugs are perfect for the smaller ear of a woman and they have been a godsend for sleeping next to a snorer! Thanks!

The order was well packed and despatched promptly with relevant email notifications of order confirmation and shipping.

The ear plugs were exactly as described on the website and competitively priced against the same product being purchased direct from the US manufacturer.

I would be happy to order again from this company.

Great selection of products and quick delivery.
Mack's Pillow Soft Silicone Putty are the best ear plugs I've used. Discovered at a music festival 20 years ago, never go away without them!

Great products - the only ones that work for me and I’ve tried more than I care to think about.

Great range of products, everything you could possibly need to deal with night time noise (from snoring or any other source!) Easy to use website, goods arrived on time and well-packaged, and fantastic customer service - email enquiries were answered promptly and politely (this is the joy of dealing with a small independent business). I highly recommend snorestore.

Very good service, highly recommend. Initially there was a delay in reply to whatsapp but when I got in some trouble with some forwarding mail companies, they jumped in and even replaced my order. Really appreciated 🙏. Keep the good work up , will definitely order again but I hope they include KSA into their delivery destinations. 👍👍👍👍👍stars

The inconsistency of the earplugs in a pack are unreal!!!! They are all different thickness most are actually too small which means loose in the ear canal and defeat the purpose of blocking sounds. I would not recommend any of their products! The coloured ones transfer the colour inside your ear.....frankly horrible!

Edited:
I have received a full redund and told to keep the incorrect product as a gesture of goodwill.
It took some time, but they have resolved my compliant.
Thanks for getting this sorted
Original review:
Sent the wrong product, I contacted them on their WhatsApp number, I did get a response fairly quickly, stating it would be resolved, by now they are not replying to my messages.
Seems strange as they have some good reviews, but I've had poor service and it's hasn't been rectified. Use a different supplier!!!

Swift delivery, excellent products.

I have been buying their earplugs for years and the Sparks ones are fantastic for smaller ears, really comfortable. I couldn’t see my usual ones on the website so sent them a message, they replied immediately and adjusted the website to add them back on. Thank goodness as I sleep next to a shocking snorer! A really personal service from a fabulous company,

So impressed. Ordered ear plugs this morning just before 8am and they have just been delivered at just before 2pm same day. Brilliant service

Ordered new earplugs which were sent singular in a paper bag, previous orders came wrapped in pairs. Tried them and they were unsuitable as hurt my ears. Contacted Snorestore and they would no refund as I had used 1 pair, and as they weren’t individually wrapped no refund was available. The customer service was unprofessional and emails verged on being rude. Not my fault they sent them out like a bag of sweets. Won’t be using again and have since found my earplugs are a fraction of the price elsewhere
